Let's all stick to this once and for all!
Day 1 (and this is going to be my last ever Day 1, if you know what I mean) has gone OK, hope today has been good for everyone else too.

I know my scales are rubbish, but I got on them this morning and I'm sure I am 7lbs lighter! :j And I'm sure that my fat tummy's less fat - oddly enough all on one side! Hope it evens up.
Looking forward to the official weigh in tomorrow.

Mind if I join in?
This is my first time doing CD and today is my first day. I had porridge for breakfast, have just had a choc mint shake and have drunk 2 litres od water so far.
I'm not feeling hungry yet, and have just cooked up a batch of Spaghetti Bolognaise for the freezer with no problems.
The only thing that I'm concerned about is that I do about 6 hours of Karate per week and I am worried that I'll get dizzy.
I spoke to my CDC about it and am just going to be sensible and play it by ear. If I get tired or dizzy, I'll take a break.Week One ~ 6 lbs loss :j

I'm actually really excited about getting started on Wednesday - although not too excited about the initial weigh in !!0

Hi everyone. God Im shattered today. I did have a 10 hour bar shift yesterday which was heaving. I think this has to be my most tiring day so far. I start a new job tomorrow and really hope Im not to bad at work. It's three weeks of training and I can see it being hard work.
Im actually starting to feel a bit thinner now. I didnt before I got weighed. My belly looks less sticky outty! I had to say no to a Sunday trip to the pub today with friends, they went out for Sunday lunch and a couple of drinks, not sure I had the will power to refrain once I was there, so didn't go, instead Im back in bed lazing in front of Eastenders

Morning everyone. Day 1 for me today. Already had a pint of water and my first shake (strawberry) and was plesantly suprised. Going for a run (well a shuffle really) at lunch time so hope i have enough energy and dont pass out!0

Day 3 for me, and feel fine
just having my 1st cup of coffee, then i'll glug some water,
holding of with the porridge till about 12.00, cause i'm not that hungry yet, never am 1st thing in a morning.0 -
im on the cambridge diet and have bein for 3 weeks now and ive lost 1 stone 1 lb so far, it says on one of the post about not hav a counsellor like the lighter life diet but i see my lady 1 a week and she is realy gud in wot she does and is always there for me day or nite, the lighter life diet isfar more expensive than the cambridge diet.
my brothers girlfriend has lot alot of weight on this diet and has bein succsesfull in keeping it off.:money:0 -
morning all - not sure when i last posted on the thread... have had a mad busy few days!!
got weighed on thursday night and had lost a further 4.5lbs... making 25lbs in 6 weeks, so was really upbeat about that!
Had a weekend away (meeting some MSE peeps) so decided to let myself off with some stuff while i was away... but not go mad... only had a chicken salad at wethespoons place on sat afternoon, which i couldn't even part finish! but at night the gang decided to go to a chinese buffet..... now i should have just sat and had a drink but ended up picking at stuff, didn't take rice or chips or anything but had plenty to eat! felt like carp afterwards!!
i had hardly anything to drink TBH, and have kept my water intake up, so that will have helped..........
on sunday was the drive home (manchester to aberdeen) and i availed myself of a bun from M&S... and a dozen or so tuttie fruities!!! (i blame my passenger! lol!)
back on the wagon 100% today, will be happy/delighted if i haven't gained this week!
I got plenty of positive feedback this weekend with seeing people for the first time in ages, so that has given me motivation!
