    Hi again

Churchmouse and Caroline: you are doing really well!! just keep going!

I am lucky as I dont have a family to cook for so its much easier. It would be really tough!

Churchmouse I cant believe how bad the CDC of yours could be!! Expired products and no cards/materials....??? I thought my CDC is not great as she doesnt give too much support to anyone but at least i get what I need and its all OK.

Talking about tomato soup... I cant stand that one! Had just 1 and that was it for me...

Anyway, I have just started week 3 and so far I have 9 lbs down. I need another 1.5 stone and i will be happy bunny! :T

I had tomato for dinner - horrible. Definately wont be getting that one again.

I really like all the shakes Ive had so far, and enjoyed the chicken and vegetable and oriental chilli soups. I dont like the porridge at all so won't be getting an of those for week two.

I really hope this works and I see a loss on Saturday.

I agree with soup choices! And I cant stand porridge either but as im on my week 3 i bought myself the mix a mousse powder and its great. Had chocolate mousse for dinner last night!

    Just keep it up girl!!!:j
  • I've rung my CDC and she's going to drop off some replacements for the 2 out of date soups. I don't think it was that that made me ill, she said it can happen. She says that she'll get me some more lactose free packs by next Monday and should have all the info for me by then.
I did contact another CDC but she's quite far away and I want this to be as easy as possible in all respects. I'm finding the support and contact on this thread very helpful. Thank you all.

Hi shop to drop - good to see you back. I am kind of 'coming back' too...or at least trying to.

I have lost 20lbs so far and have another 12 to go, but for the last few weeks I have had birthdays, events, weekends away and a bit of job stress, so I have fallen off the wagon slightly and I am finding it incredibly difficult to get back on.

After my weekend away (meeting up with a load of crazy MSE'ers) I am hoping to get back into it properly. I have really slacked with the water thing...
