Thanks sammy - so i need to be careful and perhaps avoid running on my own... at least until i get further in and i know my own body and how i'm coping!
i had my meeting with my new CDC tonight... i am on SS4plus milk, if i can't cope then i will introduce a meal instead of the milk next week but i want to start at the sharp end and introduce the easier stuff if i can't manage IYKWIM...
i took 4 a day so ended up costing me £47, which was more than i expected to pay...... and i didn't even tell Big G actually how much it was.... now it is a reality, i don't think i have his support TBH.... which kinda sucks but hey ho, this isn't about him, it's about me.....
feeling a bit blue about that though....I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -
Hi
Maz i have to admit that i told hubby that it was a bit cheaper then it was.
But then again i used to spend £20 on a saturday night out at the club, £15 for ale, and £5 for taxi, well i now drive, so that saves me £20
Good luck, remember, drink the water, and when times get hard, come on here, run a nice bubble bath, go to bed early, read a good book, do your nails
anything to take your mind of the food.
what flavours did you go for?0 -
Thought I'd pop over here Maz...I am lucky that OH works away during the week and I don't have to worry about him...At the weekend is a different matter, although I think he is missing his meals out. He hasn't tried to tempt me yet but I can see he will soon be bored and will start moaning. He needs to lose 3 stone and I would love him to do CD but I can't see it happening.

Thanks Sammy -
so day 1 has begun... managed to down 2 extra glasses of water when brushing my teeth! so i guess that's a good habit to get into.... I started with porrige this morning, apple & cinamon, and although it wasn't lush, it feels like a reasonable breakfast so day doesn't start by feeling denied, IYKWIM.....
1 litre of water later and it's lunchtime... so i had a mushroom soup... it was proper soup-y... quite thick and fairly tasty... i did only put the minimum water in it... but it filled my mug up so it wasn't a tiny portion.... i might add more water next time though as maybe not be as hard to get to the bottom...
Going out for my break, as i am now going to call it, at work, as opposed to lunch, as no lunch will be consumed....!
Going to get petrol, and see if somerfields have any herbal teas... someone on minimins said they liked redbush tea, so might buy a little one of those to try.
I also created myself a blog on minimins, as i am keen look back and see how i get on....!
so far so good... onwards and downwards (the weight that is!)I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -
I started the cd yesterday. last night I was sick. since I've got up this morning I've felt sick and am even struggling to drink water. It reminds me of when I had really bad morning sickness (no I'm not pregnant). I just spoke to my counserlor and she's told me to stop and she will refund my money. I suppose it's not for everyone.HOW MUCH ?0

you may be coming down with something completely unrelated hun... what a shame to feel so miserable though......
could be a soya thing, as some people can't take it and the products do contain soya.......
Good luck with whatever works best for you anyways.........I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -

That's really bad of her to say stop after just one day. I was really sick on my first night ever but after that went great and the fact that the first night I felt so bad helped keep me of the straight and narrow as I didn't want to have to go through that again. I think it's your body 'detoxing'.
Hope you don't stop it would be a shame.:j Trytryagain FLYLADY - SAYE £700 each month Premium Bonds £713 Mortgage Was £100,000@20/6/08 now zilch 21/4/15:beer: WTL - 52 (I'll do it 4 MUM)0
