question - if you go on 4plus milk... do you get to use the skimmed milk for tea?

i tried black tea last night at my mums... and once it was cooled a little it was okay... but still prefer hot hot tea with a little milk, gave up sugar years ago....

not that i might be on 4+milk, but just wondered....

still waiting for call back from agents... pah!

When I started I was on 3 sachets and could have semi-skimmed milk for drinks. i couldn't have stuck it this long without the milk. My counsellor said this was fine.

  • I still don't know, I will make a decision soon - I dunno, feel like a bit of a prune being a guy, I know, it sounds silly, thats why just having the sachets would be great,

    Thanks for your help,

    :hello: Hi Maz

Good to see you over here.....shame you missed the councilor that is a bugga....hopefully you will catch her today (do you not have her home number maybe you could call her today from work).

I am not having any milk. I really thought I would miss my cups of tea but I have hot water in a morning now and at night. Occasionally I have a black coffee at work. I am too worried about it interfering with my water intake tbh....good luck - shouldn't think the running will be a problem. My CD counsellor said we should do half an hour exercise a day anyway on CD to get the best results.....

Let me know how you get on.

I wouldn't worry my councillor has plenty of blokes (IYSWIM!) and they don't 'counsel' you as such - you won't need tissues......

  • Thanks Annie_d, glad to know I'm not alone re: trouble sleeping although my councillor said it would psychological rather than physical.

First weigh-in yesterday and I lost 5 pounds in my first week. I am very happy with that.

My counsellor told me not to have a pack too close to bedtime as it may keep me awake. I've never heard anyone else mention it though.

  • Went to the docs today to get the ok as i have a BMI just over 40. All signed ok and spoke to the counsellor.

What actually happens with deciding which packs to go for? Which ones would you recommend? I have 4 as i'm a bloke.
