. I would have preferred to stay on 810 for another couple of weeks so I only had a few pounds to lose before moving onto 1000.
Your CDC might have a good reason for suggesting this and you would need to talk to her about it. Following the Cambridge guidelines, you can stay on 810 until goal, and then move up.
Congratulations on the 4lbs loss. That's brill on 810:TCambridge Weight Plan Consultant0 -
Hi Guys,
I'd like to join you as I started the CD yesterday after seeing my boss loose nearly a stone in 2 weeks!
I don't have that much to loose (thankfully) only 1 stone 7lb. I have started on SS+ (only because I cannot drink my tea without milk) Yesterday (first day) was HARD. I really struggled (I don't think walking around town this close to christmas with all the choccies out helped tbh lol)
I was tired but I didn't get headaches as I have stuck ridgidly to my water intake (but my god - i'm peeing like a horse lol). I think one of my mistakes was leaving it too long between 'meals' only because I was out so I won't be doing that today.
Anyway, good luck everyone else, i'm sure i'll be in here for a bit of support when I get the wobbles again!

Bit of a killer eh.
When I was doing the diet, I used to split my shakes and just make up half each time. Got to eat 6 times a day :j
Best of luck with CambridgeCambridge Weight Plan Consultant0 -

Hello :hello:and welcome to the best diet ever!!! You won't be on that long if you only have 1.5 stone to lose.
The first week is the hardest - and yes, it's always more difficult at this time of year but think how you'll look at Christmas! Once you get into weeks 2 and 3 you begin to realise you don't think about food (as much!) and you will start to see the impact the diet is having.
Good luck and keep us informed of your journey!!LBM 1st May 2012 £53,839

The awards are done at the day Conference on 6th December - CDC awards in the morning. The Slimmer of the Year and Inspirations Awards plus the new Maintainer Awards are done in the afternoon
Then the Gala Dinner is in the evening
My reward is really what I see every time I look in the mirror and I will see that for a very long time to come.

Hi Milliemonster. I can't really give any advice other than ride it out. I'm on day 6 now and finding it MUCH easier. Days 3 and 4 (particualrly 4) were the worst for me. Yesterday was much better even though I came down with my first cold in 3 years and it really knocked me for 6.
I found the evenings are worst so once i've 'eaten' (lol) I run a nuice hot bath and disappear ino the bathroom with a book until the water goes cold then have a cup of tea then go to bed and that really helped me.
Everyone said to me once your through day 4 it gets easier and I didn't believe it but it really is true. I have my first weigh in tomorrow and although I don't *think* i've lost much, i'm ever optimistic and hoping a miracle will happen in the next 24 hours :rotfl:
Good Luck
