Oh, well done for the 67lbs:j
Did you do the 810 on week 13? That usually helps.
But even if you didn't, at least you are going to do it now. Don't worry too much about the scales. I know it's easy to say, but they can be a bit contrary at times can't they.
You've got the inch loss with is more important. Well done. Look forward to 810 as it's a fab planCambridge Weight Plan Consultant0 -

However I did tell my CDC this is the first week since starting the diet that I've felt hungry (even had hung pains and rumbles) and suffered from wind - something that hasn't happened since starting CD.
So my CDC has said after being on the diet for 18 weeks and losing 67lb (I know, I should be pleased) I have to move up to 810 to see if this kick starts my metabolism but I'm worried I won't lose any more weight by moving up and I want to lose another stone before moving up onto maintenance.
Feeling very depressed - need advice and inspiration ladies..........x
Well done on the weight loss, that's fabulous!
Don't worry about the no weight loss this week - it is just your body taking stock.
The inch loss proves that the diet is still working for you.
Keep up the good work!
I have had weeks of 1lb loss, or no loss at all but the end result is still a 13 stones weight loss

Right, back on SS today - until 20th December - am going to get to goal.
Got my eyes on the finishing post!
Am feeling absolutely fabulous and nothing and nobody is going to bring me down or spoil it for me in any way, shape or form. My life is just wonderful and fabulous - I have a lot to look forward to and I am going for it.0 -

Thanks for the responses ladies - I'm really enjoying 810 - can't believe how different it is having a meal and a cuppa with milk! I don't feel like I've lost anything but I'm making a real effort not to step on my scales before weigh in on Friday.
C'n'Q - you're positive attitude is so refreshing. I'm going through a lot at the moment in terms of work and the added pressure of people telling me I should stop the diet now as I'm looking 'too thin' - how can I be too thin when I'm still a stone overweight? I think they want me to be the 'big friend' (not going to use the 'f' word). Funny how it's all the thin friends who are telling me this. Touch of the green eye do you think. I'm going to take stock of what you've said and try and put this into my work life and see what the outcome is!
Have a good week everyone - can't wait until Friday!LBM 1st May 2012 £53,839

I am having this problem too!
I think that the main issue is that our friends/colleagues are used to seeing us large - in my case very very large.
So to them we are fading away.
The best thing to do is to go for a weight that you are comfortable with yourself, not what they think you should do. You have to live with your body, not them.
Yes it could also be a touch of jealousy too - I have that aswell. They are different in attitude, though, to the ones whom are just watching us shrink!
It is quite amusing really if you look for the funny side of it.
I am going to lose these 10lbs then see how I look/feel. Then I might go for another 10lbs after that.
At the moment size 14's are a touch on the tight side for me so I would like a size 14 to fit me perfectly. I have a rangy skeletal frame so don't think that I would ever be able to wear a 12. We shall see!
Sometimes Cambridge is hard - very hard - but I want to lose this weight more than anything else - so nothing else matters.
I have been a bit lax of late, messing about on SS+ (milk) then 810. Now it is time to take major action.
Good luck for Friday x

Glad to hear that everyone is doing so well and that your so close to goal C'n'Q, you really are on the home straight now.
I've come in to a real strange pattern with my loss where I stay the same one week and then lose 8lbs the next, has anyone else had this? Its seems as though my body is holding on to the fat for as long as it can and then letting it go in big lumps. I do actually feel like I've lost when I STS so its always a bit disheartening when I haven't lost but am obviously really chuffed when I make up for the next week, it's just that I spend the week after STS worrying that I won't lose the next week.
Am doing quite a lot of exercise (well for me anyway, I did nothing before and am now doing about 30-40mins a day) will this be making a difference?
Does anyone know if this is just my body being strange or has this happened to anyone else?0 -
I have heard it happen to others so it isn't unusual.
You are still losing 16lbs every four weeks which is fabulous!0 -
Middle of the week already!
I don't know where these weeks go to, they are just flying by.
Hope everyone is being CD good
I went back onto SS on Monday for a few weeks to Christmas.0 -
i just have a quick question.
If you are in ketosis and then eat something that you should not, say a bag of crisps. How long will it take to get your body back in to Ketosis and how much will it affect your weekloss?
Well done on the great losses on this thread, amazing inspiration and proof everyone can do it if they want it enough.0 -

It does depend on the quantity of carbs you eat.
However, if it is one bag of crisps it may not even knock you out of ketosis in the first place.
If it is a vast amount of carb product - cakes/sandwiches/bread/crisps/biscuits then you should go back into ketosis within about 24 hours of following the diet correctly
Good luck on your own journey!
