    Hi

To all the newbies - well done for starting and good luck!!!

I started this diet exactly 4 weeks ago and I have lost 1st 6 lbs.

Because of social commitments and long work days I have moved up this week to adding a meal. Its not following the programme strictly but I have to do what fits my lifestyle otherwise I won't carry on.

Some days have been really easy and some days I have questioned my sanity! I end up telling myself that I was actually quite comfortable at that weight. But was I happy?
What about all the times I tried stuff on and it either didn't fit or didn't look as nice as a slimmer person wearing it.
I have to remember all this everytime I am wavering.
It's hard not to finish the kids leftovers. lol!!!

Please stick with it and I hope you all get the results you want

Its great to see that everyone is soooooo supportive on here!! :D

Anyway i know i said i was starting yesterday afresh with no cheating which i have done but i really started last Friday and have cheated quite a lot, so really my first week weigh in should be today (dont see my CDC until next Friday). So i have weighed myself this morning, the same time as i did last Friday and here are my results...

    11 Stone 6.5lbs  - Starting Weight
    10 Stone 12.5lb :D Week 1 Weigh in :j :j :j

So for last week I have lost 8lbs!!!! and i cheated so bad on a couple of the days and went maddddd for carbs!!!

This has def given me the push i needed now to carry on. If i got to 10 stone before my hols in July i would be soooooooo happy, so thats only 12.5lb to go!!!! Although if i can get in the 9 stones that would be even better!!

Anyway heres hoping everyone has a great day on the CD diet today!!

    xx

Have had a stressful few days and now I just want to eat.

There is no food in the house to eat so unless I get dressed and go out somewhere there is no possibility of my falling off the wagon.

Boredom probably has a lot to do with it too.

Or this strange weather. Would be nice to be able to sit in the garden again.

Hope everyone else is being done despite temptation!

I know what you mean. I came home about 20 mins ago from work and i'm starving! So, just plonked myself in front of computer until hunger pangs have subsided.

Glad everyone seems to be doing well. Have a super duper weekend everyone.

I am patiently waiting for 3lbs to magically drop off!

The sooner the better as far as I am concerned.
