Right - been to see my lady, got my stuff but I am limited on what I can have as I am a fussy !!!!!!
got 7 of the chocolate bricks which are ideal for me on route to work
spicy tom, leak and spud, veg and mushroom soup and that's it, I know I won't like any of the shakes and the cocolate brick was hard enough but at least it isn't powdery
one litre of water gone too.
got my measurements - I am sure that tape measure she was using was wrong ;-)0 -
Hi all
And good luck to everyone starting the CD - its fabulous
If you are going to make soups you may want to pick up a cheap blender I got one from Argos for £3.99 and it works great
I am currently 46lbs down now from starting in March, its been tough at times but I can see light at the end of the tunnel. I was almost 17st in January, now I am in the 12s, I lost a few before I started but it has to be said this diet is amazing and in true MSE style I have sold nearly all my bigger clothes on ebay to fund quite a lot of it :j

It's because of you that I have actually done something about my weight, your post about lossing 46lb since march has shown me that it is worth it, naturally there are many other posters here that have lost loads of weight but I just felt something right about doing this once I read your post
so it if all goes wrong - you know who I will be blaming don't you ;-)0 -
When I started out on Cambridge SS last July I lost 42lbs in 7 weeks!!
Will see what it is this time around , since restarting on SS after my holidays
Cambridge is rather amazing!0 -
what!
I would be really happy with that, I want to loose 3 to 4 stone so in 2 months time I hopefully would have lost 2 stone or is that being too hopeful?0 -
Hiya!
They say a stone a month at least, depending on how much you have to lose.
Good luck - you can do it!
It will work out dont worry about that!
Take care and get drinking the water !
