Cambridge Diet

You won't have the problems with loose skin that people whom have had gastric bypass have simply because Cambridge gives full nutrition and so you aren't depriving your body of anything.
I have lost just over 8 stones in 7 months and have no problems with my skin whatsoever.
I have used some bodyfirming lotion all the way through, plus some Bio Oil just to give the skin some help.
I also do toning exercises like pilates and swimming to help things along too
Hope your Cambridge journey goes well for you
oh and by the way I am 44 and fair-skinned too!

Hi
Just thought i would let you know im seeing my new CDC Thursday( i started the cambridge diet again Monday as i couldnt do it without the support)
So far so good im drinking 3 Litres a day and 3 shakes and i have said to my new CDC that i will want to see her weekly as i know thats part of the reason why it went wrong before
I am determined to do it this time as ive been unhappy for a long time with my weight
Good luck to everyone
hi cute does the bio oil really work as ive been thinking of buying it for ages because when i watched look good naked or whatever its called that came second and there was another one what was cheaper but came out top but i cant remember the name it was £4.99 and had a palm tree on the tube
Also what firming lotion do you use and does it really help0 -
I love Bio Oil
I use Dove BodyFirming, Nivea Bodyfirming and Gatineau - not all at the same time, of course!
Hope all goes well for your Cambridge journey

I'm back!
I had a wonderful holiday but I've eaten LOADS
I've got my weigh in on Thursday and haven't been weighed for 3 weeks now so I'm fully prepared for the scales and what they will say
I'm starting again Friday and am going to post my total lost to date (including last year) and my total left to go to get to my target of 9 stones 11 pounds.
Just wanted to also recommend a book called the amazing adventures of diet girl that I read on holidays - this woman started her weight loss journey weighing 25 stones and has now lost half her body weight - might inspire those of us who have more than a few pounds to lose - I know it has done me. The woman also has a website at https://www.dietgirl.org - not strictly Cambridge I know but this woman is a remarkable inspiration!
CnQ last time I posted I'm sure you were a stone heavier! Well done you!!!Sometimes you have to go throughthe rain to get to therainbow0 -
Thanks!
You will probably have gained some waterweight which will fall off in a day or two
