Ann is correct in the above post except for the banana bit. On 1000 cals you can have banana as part of the programme.
1000 is the first stage you can introduce fruit.CWC to Maintainer of the Year 09CWC to Slimmer of the Year Semi-Finalist 09CWC to Inspiration Winner Slimmer of the Year 08Sponsor of the Year 07CWC 23 yrs - CCCC Member0 -
I knew that fruit was included on 1000 plan but I missed the banana item in the booklet!

Day one today and I have just had a toffee and walnut shake. Absolutely gorgeous! I cannot believe how lovely it was. I sort of imagined that there would be only one flavourless goo mixture but braced myself and thought about the weight loss. Imagine my surprise to find this flavour to-die-for!
C&Q, I have avidly read your posts and look forward to sharing with you on my journey of success.....
The forums are full of supportive people who have been AMAZING to me already.
Six stones to lose and I am gonna be gorgeous on the beach in August!
Can't believe I even thought that as I have fallen off the wagon on more diets than i care to remember. This time I REALLY believe.
To those who have knocked it and bleated about weight gain - that is true of ALL the programmes if you don't go on a maintenance programme. I lost heaps with WW and put it all back on again. It's our attitude to food that needs to change and dealing with it differently.
I believe for the first time ever that I will gain SUCCESS with CD.
Until then, one day at a time....
Good luck to all you lovely people out there....

Well done on starting with Cambridge!!
As you go along you will find soups/shakes you like and some you aren't so keen on - I hope you got a good selection of all the flavours!
It is my 7 months marker tomorrow!! Those 7 months have flown by!
It really is an incredible journey.
I met two people yesterday whom hadn't seen me since before starting Cambridge and now over 8 stones down - their reaction was just astounding!
Everyone thinks I look wonderful, my skin is fabulous, etc.
Enjoy the journey!

hi all
I am about to start CD and I am worried about loose skin if I manage to lose the 8 stones I have to lose! I am 42 and fair-skinned.
What do you think is likely to happen and is there anything I can to to help?
Thanks for any advice.0
