    Thursday - Master Bedroom & Landing
    Level One
    cleared the floor
    Level Two
    Hoovered floor
    Strip, wash & replace bedding - done
    Level Three
    Hoover mattress and wipe bed frame - done

    ..where has this week gone? is it me or has it gone really quickly?

    i agree schools broke up last friday round here and even lough ive not had to go to work myself (work in a school)it seems to have flown by

    DD2 has just rung her work training course seems to have gone really well, shes just waiting for a train home now.:T

    Thanks the kids are into there third week of summer holidays so i really have 5 weeks to get myself shifted and hopefully find a house. I will be informing the schools that KH is not aloud to collect them.

    Pigpen i understand this is their house but i would like to think i might meet someone in the future, i'm only 30. Of course if i did ever become serious with someone i wouldn't want to be living next door to my ex-PIL, that would just be weird.

    As for the kids i won't slag their dad off but i won't not tell them the truth, they need to know.
    Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
    And things go wrong no matter what I do.
    Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
    But you've got the love I need to see me through.

    I don't think you need to slag him off the truth is more than enough. without a court order they cannot stop him collecting them unfortunately

    To be honest i don't think he wants anything to do with them, which is awful but he just doesn't care.

    How would i get a court order, could i get one even if i don't know where he is? I did ask the solicitor if there was anything i could get to stop him coming near me and the children. She said i couldn't do anything until he actual does something to us. :eek:

    So if he comes here shouting his mouth out and making threats then i ring police and then i can get a court order. What if i already had a non-molastion order out years ago could it have any standing because there is history?

    i would speak to your solicitor again if you didnt mention there had already been issues and an order had been in place previously.
    he hasnt got keys to your house has he or could you get fil to change the locks so you know youre all safe till you get moved up near your own family

    He has no keys and too be honest i can't see him coming near the house. When he wants his stuff he can phone PIL and arrange it through them.

    Right i'm away to see my parents and reassure them that everything is ok.
