They make money by making people worry about their legal position, credit rating, bailiffs, etc, when in reality its all complete and utter tosh.

The PPC couldn't care less about your medical condition, all they want us your money. Just ignore them from now on, there us no need to justify yourself to them . As each letter arrives come back here and we will bolster your reserve to see these crooks off.

This is why PPCs are considered the lowest of the low. They don't care about the effect their threatening letters have on people. All they want is their thirty pieces of silver. They are below contempt. I hope the BPA are proud to be representatives of this bunch of low-lifes.

liste, you have been issued with a FAKE ticket,so there is no need to worry a jot,only a PENALTY charge notice is legal,, you have a PARKING charge notice,which equates to loo paper, yes, you will recieve more threat o grams, but just bin em,read the stickies on what letters to expect, this will reassure you even further,,fake ticket=scam, so feet up,relax, come up to my neck o the woods and take a free plane ride to rome,but worry not.

I fondly carry my first set of fake PCN threatograms in my handbag and I work in schools. So I tell people in the staff rooms about this con - I think my area has the most well-informed teachers about this scam!

Reecently got my second fake PCN from a different firm, yay! How I laughed!:rotfl:

The more letters you receive, the more you should ask yourself 'hey, if they had such a cast iron case against me like they claim, then how come they don't just go straight to issuing a court claim instead of sending me all these letters?'

The answer, of course, is that they know full well that their claim would fail terribly, which is why they never take that option. At least with the letters there's still an outside chance you might cave in and pay them. That's why they keep sending letters.

Stay strong, once you get to the end of this you can tell all your friends and make sure they are all wise to this scam.

I have read this thread and I to have a parking charge notice from parking eye ltd. I displayed my disabled badge and unknown to me it had run out by just over 1 week and they gave me the tickets saying permit out of date parked in disabled bay. Well of course I was parked in a disabled bay as i am disbaled!!! anyway looking on the thread I did have info to send them but I just need someone to say "dont send them anything" on here as my sister was driving me that day and she is saying pay it!! Please can someone tell me where they send the letters to as they have no address unless they use the dvla?? I'm adament not to pay but I know my sister will want to pay it if they send the letters to her address as she thinks its official!! please please can someone assure us that we need to not respond and ignore!! (i know really to leave it ) but my sister will need to see it in black and white! Thanks x

They will use the dvla to get the registered keeper address and will write there. On the blue badge, it does not apply in private car parks at all, check your paperwork that it came with, the fact it has expired has sod all to do with parking eye, the equality act 2010 applies in this case as its statute law rather than some pathetic rules in a private car park
