Do you hang your undies on the line?

No, too many years of housesharing, student pranks, episodes of stumbling downstairs and finding flatmate's friends stayed over etc! My knickers are perfectly presentable (and match ) but I don't really want them up for discussion.

I generally dry them in my bedroom as I also don't like finding they're on display to unexpected visitors and delivery guys etc... but am beginning to wonder just how odd I am :rotfl:

I hang all the underwear out on the line (unless it's raining ) butit all goes on the inside wires of the rotary line.... not necessarily out of 'modesty', it's just because that's the way I've always done it.
Our garden is fairly private here, but years back, in another house, the line could be seen from the road & DH complained that the enormous & lurid underpants I'd bought for him at a wonderfully bargainaceous price were scaring passing strangers.

I hang my undies out to dry, quite frankly if anyone wants to steal/look at my undies for sinister purposes then they're just odd!

One of my exes (before we got together) thought he would make himself useful by helping me hang the washing out. Everything was fine until it came to this one pair of knickers. They were a size 20 (no longer that size but they were just so very comfy so I kept them) with a candy pink trim and little bows on the back.....they sound quite cute but were really glorified granny pants! He handed me these pants to hang out and as I too was trying to impress him with my general sexiness and coolness I was mortified! :eek:

In the end those pants lasted longer then the relationship and it was a sad day indeed when they went in the bin due to being more holes then pants!

All my washing dried outside goes on a rotary line. My undies are hidden behind other washing.

One thing I don't understand with a lot of lingerie is that when they sell them in bra-knicker sets, they don't sell additional spare knickers, which makes no sense to me, as knickers wear out much faster than bras.

TBH, it's my bras that wear out a lot quicker than my knick-knocks:p, because my boobs are rather large, my bras don't last long due to the weight of them:o, the amount of times i will be out and a wire will burst out from my bra and out of my top, bloomin' annoying!
