    What about your partner? ;)

Seriously though, lucky you! But your post has mildly irritated me. What are you trying to achieve with it? Have you thought about the effect of flaunting your happiness in the face of people who are really struggling? Really heartbroken? Have lost the life they thought they had?

People post on here to get help with their problems. They don't usually post to say "hey look how happy I am nah nah nah!" That's why they mostly seem disillusioned.

As I said, lucky you! Just remember how lucky you are!

Have to agree with the above a little bit... some people who are posting don't choose for it to all end... their partners have left them or had affairs:(

ETA - Yes it is nice not to hear doom and gloom all the time, but just a little insensitive maybe?

Sometimes it's really nice to see a happy thread though. I first saw my partner 14 years ago and it was love at first sight. We dated and drifted apart...but we're back together and hopelessly in love now!

Thanks for making me smile, OP :)

Yes, over 30 years married and very very much in love. Some tough times but we both believe in marriage and in the vows we made

Thats great and I am happy for you ! Hope I can stay that way too.

I dont agree that just because lots of people have sad or difficult times we should feel unable to celebrate happy things with other people.

Before i get any nasty comments back, the OP is wanting to find out if other people are in a loving relationships. Whats the problem with that?? OP is happy, and wants to share her happiness. Go OP!!! :D

    Great post!

I've been with my partner for 10 months and i'm really enjoying how my feelings are intensifying for him. I'm truly smitten!

I really hate it when people rain on others happiness. Even in my darkest times i've always been happy for ANY of my friends who are having a good, happy time.

I'm another happy one. Been married for 14 years this October and my heart still turns over when I hear his key in the door. We hold hands even when sitting on the sofa.

I still blush when he gives one his sexy winks across a crowded room :o

That said, don't think for one minute we have had an easy time of it, we just grow closer the more life throws at us!

Yes, still smitten and very much in love thank you :D
