  • The trio of ladybirds is fab - I'm away at the moment but can you put no. 1 aside for me. If thats the one you have sold, get your paints out girl. That would make a lovely birthday gift to me and it's a big birthday this year - I'll let the kids know I've chosen my gift :). Thank you for the dedication :o

I'm having to catch up on diaries as I'm in travelling and then holiday mode.

    Best wishes Tilly

Thank you Tilly :j. I will reserve No 1 for you - just want to check I save the right one, is it the first, single one I painted? The numbers indicate how many times I've painted that particular subject so you will have the very first one I've done (mates rates of course).

Hope you have a fabulous holiday, forget all your cares and woes and come back to good news.

  • I think the insect community has discovered my new found interest in them and have come to audition!

My house is overrun with house flies, green bottles, wasps and hornets  Hundreds of them  I even spotted a Violet Ground Beetle scurrying along under the dining room table whilst I was painting yesterday. And... a red tailed bumblebee was asleep on my pillow when I went to make the bed!

    What have I done!

Fab! I'll hide it from view for the moment. Just contact me when you're ready. Would you like it mounted?

:rotfl:I'm imagining the Disney movie (Sleeping Beauty???) where she calls out to all the woodland creatures to help tidy her home and they all come scurrying in to help.. but bugs in your case!
