Never too early for a hottie and bed. Uh, that doesn't read how I meant it to! Sounds a bit rude - sorry Fortune.

We were invited to join some friends for a walk this morning with the Ramblers' Association. Beautiful walk but bracing (that might be an understatement) and we were the youngest there by about 20 years :rotfl:What's worse is that I thoroughly enjoyed it and am thinking about joiningAm I old before my time?

I want to go walking in Spain with a group and they all have 'proper' gear. Won't be wearing shorts any time soon with the size of my *rse so this is a compromise. Also bought a lightweight zipped top and backpack. Everyone else seems to have beige & sludge coloured stuff. Mine will be black with flashes of pink and purple .
ETA - not buying it so I fit in but it's over tracks and a bit of scrambling involved, hence the boots and skortA positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

Was very glad of my early night when the alarm went off at 6.00 am this morning. Mr F came home last night so I had to get up to get him off to work. I didn't wake when he came in and slept through all his nightly ablutions. I'm sure I'd have stayed asleep if he hadn't started staring at me - to work out whether I was really asleep or just pretending apparently!
MS today:- Step class this morning. Did well considering I've missed the last 3 classes although my knee was a bit sore from the walking yesterday
- a cupboard lunch
- got enough $wagbuck$ to order a £5 Amaz0n voucher :T
- neighbour replaced the rear boundary fence this afternoon - in the snow and howling wind
- did the weekly food shop - should come in about £5 under budget
- Ginger Salmon with Thai Rice for supper tonight followed by the remaining Lemon Curd Fool
Happy weekend all

....not. I had sole control of the remote this morning though because Mr F has agreed to do the services on our builder friend's Landies and started on the Disco first thing. Builder friend is struggling a bit so we are helping him out. He is our first port of call if anything goes wrong in the house and often doesn't charge us for small repairs. Time to repay the favours. Mr F was back in the house promptly for the rugby and is on his 10th beer now
On the MS side:- 2 pairs of perfect jeans arrived - I love them sooo much I may sleep with them tonight
Mr F's new sports socks arrived with them - they can sleep in the sock drawer
- a second package contained a new dress shirt and cumberband for Mr F. He told me a couple of days ago that these were needed for the ball next weekend  Got them in M&S so reasonably priced and remembered to go through TCB
- a third package contained my bargain Crabtr££ & £v£lyn make up bag. It's brand new and in perfect condition so I'm very pleased with that
- a cupboard lunch
- several of my Fleabay items have bids/watchers and I've a few more things to list tomorrow
- sorted out my box of 'Didn't sell on Fleabay' items and started putting them through Mus1c Magp1£. Just realised that they take clothes now too :T You don't get much for stuff but I think I'll get enough for a few Tillytidies. Anything they won't take will go to the charity shop
- Lentil Chilli from the freezer with rice for supper
Happy hangovers everyone!
