Thank you everyone - lovely to have some sympathy for my painful, laughable state. I am still holding my boob.
Every day I am feeling a tiny bit better but over-did things a bit yesterday so need to take it easy today. I did all of the following one-handed :rotfl:
- drove Mr F to the station. He was marching at the Cenotaph and I wanted him to be able to have a couple of drinks with his old pals after
- cleaned and stored my summer shoes
- listed 8 items on a FB sales site
- leftover Courgette, Bean & Cheese Quesadilla for lunch
- hoovered the living room - not a great idea as it happens as I think I pulled the muscle a bit more doing this
- picked up Mr F from the station
- leftover sort of Gnocchi, Kale and Mozarella Bake for supper. I had a few things in the fridge that needed using up so added cubed pancetta, chopped red chilli and cream to the sauce plus some grated gruyere to the top. Worked well and fed us for a couple of days.
Felt good to get just these few things done but muscle really hurting today. It's a family member's big birthday on Wednesday and I'm planning to meet up with them in London so need to be ok for that. My last two days at the part time job are on Friday and Saturday. I don't want to let them down but at least need to warn them that I won't be able to do much physically.
Mr F is away for the whole week for work so I can concentrate on taking care of myself. Might try a little ironing in front of the TV and Week 6 of the course starts today.
Have a good week all :hello: (one handed wave)

It's good to see you up and about and doing.
Your food sounds gorgeous. I am going to have a go at the Courgette, Bean & Cheese Quesadilla.

Hope you're feeling a bit better FS. Maybe a trip to the seaside would cheer you up - you could go in the amusement arcades and play the one arm bandits

Felt much improved yesterday and managed a few hours of ironing with no problem at all. Today, however, the cough is a little worse.
I don't have anything energetic planned so can rest up. Might just go back to bed and do my course work there
London tomorrow so need to be as well as possible by then.
Thanks for popping by all - much appreciated even the bad jokes :rotfl:
