Not a great day but not as bad as it could have been. Mainly because I was working with a fab team. The next three weeks will be pretty full on but then things will start to calm down. Feeling relieved and happy that I'll get my time back. My huge tour gave me a presentation pack of wine as a thank you

Came home exhausted but fortunately had thought ahead and kept back some Pesto Lasagne from yesterday's supper so at least I didn't have to cook.

Mr F left for another business trip yesterday afternoon so I have the house to myself this week. I'm going to clean the place up and do some more decluttering. Two of my fleabay items have sold already! May start another painting too.

I spent the day today as I used too - before I got sucked in to working more hours than I really wanted to:

• made some plans to see friends
• got lots of housework done
• reconciled the bank accounts
• booked some outstanding appointments
• made Cauliflower & Potato Curry for lunch
• went to Yoga :eek:

I really enjoyed the yoga and didn't do as badly as I expected to after two years away My fitness has really suffered since I started the part-time job. Although it's quite physical it doesn't give me enough exercise or the right type of exercise. The times they most often need me conflict with my gym classes so I've just stopped going. I'm determined to remedy that now.

Spoke to the Office Manager today. They are trying to convince me to stay on in some way but I've made my mind up to leave now and am getting quite excited about restructuring my time. I'm working tomorrow so will agree an exit strategy while I'm there.

A busy weekend at work. Big tours and lots of them and I was double booked yesterday! I think being in two places at once is a bit too much for them to expect :rotfl: These were my last really full on days though so I feel as though I'm winding down.

Just the thought of getting my time back is sparking some creativity - I have an idea for another story so will be putting pen to paper again soon. Not sure it will be this week though - I have rather a lot going on.

Best have an early night
