I had a lovely evening with the girls last night; drank a little too much, ate a little too much and laughed and laughed and laughed.
I did moderate things a bit because I was determined to finish the Jag painting today and I did https://www.facebook.com/BeeGardenArt Tah Dah! The customer came over this afternoon to see it and is happy so I'll drop it off at the framers whilst I'm in town tomorrow.
I had leftover Prawn, Pea & Tomato Curry for lunch and was invited to Across-the-Lane-Neighbours for dinner this evening. I took a bottle of red from the wine rack and stayed on to play board games after.
Mr F has checked in and all is well :happyhear
I'm back in town tomorrow so the housework will have to wait for another week
I hope everyone has had a good weekend

I've had enough of Jury Service now. I'm lucky in that I've only had 2 days of doing nothing and have been appointed to 2 cases. But I have to go back in this afternoon with the chance of being appointed to another case. It's Thursday  If I'm appointed to another case I'll have to go back in for a third week  Not happy.
Mr F is coming home tomorrow and I might not be herePlus he's off again next Friday for another week
I will hardly get to see him if I'm still on Jury Service. This is one of the reasons why I gave up work!
And I've loads to catch up on.
Grump, grump, grump, grump.
MS good news. I've only spent £2.20 on drinks as I took my own coffee in after the first day. And £1.50 on crisps and chocolate in a moment of weakness on TuesdayI should be able to claim £63.24 for each week so once I've covered my travel costs will have £22.84 of that left over.
I've decided to use this year's Christmas card money to buy presents for the Salvation Army appeal. (We usually donate money to charity rather than send cards). I thought a heated throw and a couple of toys. I'd like to think a senior citizen will feel remembered and warm over the Christmas period. Might make me remember how lucky I really am and stop me feeling grumpy too :rotfl:
I hope your Christmas preparations are going well.
Take care
