Well I can't tell you anything about what I've been up to today - it's the first rule of Fight Club :rotfl:But on the MS front:
- went into town on the Park & Ride - £2.60 but this will go down to £1.60 when I can travel after peak time plus I can claim it all back. Very impressed with the service and I will definitely use it next time I have to pop into town as it's so much cheaper than the central car parks
- took a packed lunch. I can claim a subsistence payment for each day to cover food and drinks
- bought a couple of coffees from the vending machine at 50p each. But I noticed that the machine will give you hot water for 5p so I've packed some of my own coffee to take in tomorrow
- leftover Root Veg & Leek Lasagne for supper.
Night all

Hope you enjoyed your jury service..
Brilliant that you can make some profit from it if you take your own food..Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -

- £1.60 at the Park & Ride today as I had a later start
- took in a packed lunch
- took in coffee sachets and Coff££ Mat£ so only spent 10p on drinks. I don't really like to use Coff££ Mat£ but it can't be any worse than what the machine has been chucking up :rotfl:
- ran up to the shops at lunchtime and replaced a makeup item I'd run out of. Used a survey voucher and the balance on a reward card so spent £2 instead of £17 :T
- supper was Cauliflower & Kale Cheese - yummy!

I'm into a routine now:
- £1.60 Park & Ride
- 10p hot water costs
- own coffee and packed lunch taken in
In other news:- got yesterday off :T
- treated myself to a new pair of slippers - £23.50. I ordered Click & Collect, as I'm in town again next week, saving on the delivery cost
- Mr F got paid so the monthly money shuffle has been completed
- called out the Alarm company yesterday as one of the zones wasn't working properly. They did the annual service at the same time so that saves me arranging a second visit.
Best wishes to all and extra positive vibes to those who are feeling under the weather at the moment.

Thats good, Fortune! I like the idea of just using their hot water - I used to do that on train journeys, when I was into herbal teas.2023: the year I get to buy a car0

Thanks Supersaver. I've stumbled across some yummy ones recently. Sadly the more I cook, the more I eat :rotfl:

I've an hour or so before I have to make tracks so I thought I'd do an early update of the day:
- a few chores this morning - checking mouse traps, filling bird feeders. Mr F usually does this stuff but as he's not here...
- good progress on the Jag. I'm hoping I'll be able to finish tomorrow. The customer is coming round in the afternoon to have a look
- Mr F called to say he'd arrived safe and sound :happyhear
- made Prawn, Pea & Tomato Curry for lunch. I always use a tin of tomatoes instead of fresh with this one as it seems to make it go further. I've a portion for tomorrow and two for the freezer
- made nibbles to take out later - Pastry Puffs; circles cut from a puff pastry sheet and topped with cherry tomatoes, cheddar and either home made Plum & Chilli Chutney or Blue Cream Cheese. Plus some Mini Mont Blancs as I had a tin of chestnut puree in the cupboard.
Have a great Saturday.
