Hi hannahroberts :wave
Just read through your diary, it's amazing how well you're doing so soon!! I think recognising and admitting your problem makes things so much easier to start dealing with.
Some kid has literally just gone past the house singing one direction at the top of his voice, haha!!
I hope we both get our heads round this debt clearing business, I'm setting out hoping to get some walking and running in to full my spare time and get fit too!
Hope you had fun at work, only 10 days to go until you have money now!!:jNATWEST -£873.24, CC 1 -£359.67 / 2400.00, CC 2 -£1533.03 / 1600.00, CC 3 -£1800 (BT 0% interest for 20 months, ends March 2014) TOTAL DEBT TO SHIFT AS OF 20/07/12 £4565.94

One of my other friends is visiting from scotland on monday which i had forgtten about. A meal has been arranged at our local put  thinking I may go after the meal and have a cheeky drink i have a couple of quid in my purse still. So should have 2 good days and not spend much :T.

Sounds like things are going quite well then.
Having a social life is hard when you've got debts you need to pay, but sounds like you're keeping things balanced.0 -
Morning
Had a really good day yesterday. Also a NSD for me althought i've told BF when I get paid I will treat him to a day out somewhere as he paid for everything yesterday. We have a week off next month so may see if he wants to go somewhere then.
So my cheque for £29.94 has cleared i've paid £20 into CC1 also some of my e-bay items got sold. MAde £25.75 in total inc delivery charges...I will post them all today and see what i'm left with and where it should go.
Thinking I may take £10 of this and treat myself to dinner at the pub with my friends
bit naughty.

Back again...
Was sunbathing in the garden earlier with my kitten and she got stung  Bless her her little paw is twice the size. Called the vet and they said to keep an eye on her but should be fine. Luckely she is or it would have involved a trip to the vet's. We have insurance for her and pay all vet bills from our joint account. Got me thinking I need to have some emergance money somewhere thought. Not sure weather to save a little somewhere each payday or keep paying off the debt.....hummm think if I pay it all on debt then if I do have any emergancies I will always have the CC's etc to fall back on and it'll be lowering the interest I pay on them rather than having money sat somewhere which I would probably spend on non emergancies.
Went to the pub for dinner with some friends tonight. After the kitten fiasco it meant the friend I was meeting in the day I could only meet for a quick drink before heading on to see my other friends. Managed to only soend £10 :j Had a couple of shandys a meal and pudding. Feel a little guilty about spending money(and eating the cake) But at least I kept to a budget and i'd go insane without my friends.
Back to work tomorrow so NSD's should be easier need some milk at some point and my dad wants me to pop over one night this week. He lives a little drive away so may need a bit of petrol:mad:. Maybe I need to budget more for petrol next time just so i'm not worrying about running all the time. 7 days till payday now :j Wish I didn't have 2 more days off before payday but at least it'll mean I don't spend. xxxemergency fund:£179/ £1000 Uniform/car fund:£

Hey Guys,
Quick update before I cook dinner. Had to buy milk today so another NSD :mad:My dad's having a BBQ tomorrow night so will have to get petrol will only put £10 in to tide me over this will come from the extra money I have in my account from the ebay and gold money. Feeling bad about spending money but I didn't really have a budget as I was left with no money when I got paid as had to buy BF presents for his birthday. It'll be ok thought because from now on I will plan in birthdays etc so I won't end up in this situation.
6 more days :j hoping on my 2 days off I'll be content with watchin the olympics and not spend any money.
