Lol. Well lucky for you I popped to the burger van straight after typing that and got myself a can of Dr. Pepper :)

You planning to breast feed Rups? Cause you can get away with eating more (as some one mentioned here a lil while ago).

Lol bamama, they told me that the baby starts getting into position way ahead of it, like from week 30 or so, but slowly heading down. I think she is pressing my stomach and that is why I feel like I have shortness of breath and reflux,.plus that weird sensation like a.ball of air in my throat. I spoke today to the midwife in my aquanatal class and she agreed with yesterday's midwife, just all my organs getting squashed! They also said the dizziness is because I was laying flat on my back when it happened, I should have cushions so I lay reclined not flat. I had to do that last night aswell because otherwise I could not sleep. Anyway, petty stuff really, that all my problems are those!!

I think I will go and fetch a donner kebab from the nearby shop, this.swimming makes me hungry, and I'll have the whooping cough vaccine later on, I need energy.... or that is the excuse!!

I would tell your friend to go to a walking centre, if it really is shingles she will be in a lot of pain soon enough and it is highly contagious. It might be anything else, but in any case, it would be good to know, in case you are at risk of catching anything.

DH's birthday is next week and his mum is coming over, I am quite excited, I will buy or make a cake and go out for a meal, does Morrisons make cakes under request? I want one with fresh cream and strawberries, or a banoffee pie, it is his favouri're, I could try to make it though, but last time I did, it did not keep the shape, I need to check.again if I could give it consistency in any other way.
    Quit smoking *1st January 2010*

OMG I just found some double lollies in my "stash" lol!

Doesn't sound nice marta. It's not bothering me that much... I'll mention it to the mw tomorrow though :) hope she'll tell me something productive... other than giggling at how loud the babies heartbeat is, they don't actually tell me much!

Oh and I've just remembered they gave me a breast feeding dvd last time I went so I'll watch that tonight and do a bit of crochet :)

Are many of you ladies under a consultant? Turns out I'm supposed to be but not met with her yet due to a mix up with the midwives! Grr! 1st appointment next week - what do other people do in their consultant sessions that aren't covered by the midwife?

I'm under consulatant care. I saw him at 14 weeks and then don't see him again until 36 weeks! In his words I'm "too normal" for him to see regularly :rotfl:In between I've just got my midwife appointments as usual. It depends on what they're keeping an eye on you for, some will see someone every week for closer monitoring if it's needed.

hmm marta i want a fresh cream cake now lol. sainsubury's do lovely ones from their section. not sure about morrisons though. I wish we had one in Croydon as they are always having good deals even with nappies etc.:( erm i stillhave to 'try' swimming and exercise. i forget about it lol been so busy innit? lol..

hmm i want to wait before i eat. so marta putting cushions under the back help does it? i still wake up on my back. maybe that is why i have been feeling faint during the day? just feel like i have constant jet lag due to lack of sleep. hoping to come back from nct today and trying an early night but knowing my luck, i will be woken up, by the dh and then by the 10 million wees i do during the night.,
