wow you girls made me laugh when i read your posts. lol. i now fancy chocolate, biscuits and pizza. we managed to find a plase right next to work and we all had this deal of pasta and a soft drink. lol. i had some veggie pasta with aubergine, capers, olives and a pepsi. felt a few flutters. do flutters still happen for you lot?

I need some sweet though. there is no junk about. grrr

i am not healthy lol. you should see what i eat lol. just happened to be healthy at lunch. if i found any chips i would have had some.. shame Kings Cross has SUCH grotty places, that it puts me off eating around here, and I end up spending loads of money in Pret!! not good!

Just had a call from a midwife at the hospital, my blood results came back from midwife appt on Tuesday. Said my bile levels are raised (they are 27, when I googled what they should be it said 1-9). Wants me to go into hospital at 2.30pm to try and sort it. She asked how far along I was, I got the feeling she was asking in case they need to induce me :eek:

I did the daft thing and googled what high levels can affect babies. Really shouldnt have done that .

I remember someone a while ago mentioning Obstetric Cholestasis. Was it Cherrydrop? Have they managed to treat it?

Cake - it might have been Cherrydrop, but I'm the one who has a friend who had twins and had it as well - she (and the babies) were absolutely fine, and are now two healthy 20-somethings, so try not to freak out. I guess it's more common with twins as it's to do with your liver being squished. And, you're only four weeks early if they do have to induce you today - remember 'term' is anything from two weeks before due date so you're only really two weeks early.

Afternoon ladies

Penultimate day at work for me and just back from my pub lunch (we always do them on a Thursday as loads of people don't work on Fridays!). I had a HUUUUUGE jacket potato with chilli and cheese (which my boss kindly paid for!) and then half my friend's chips as she couldn't finish them The embarrassing thing is I'm not even full and am now contemplating eating the Penguin that's on my desk

Been given some lovely pressies for Beanie, a Lamaze Captain Calamari, another rattly soft toy, a little dungaree outfit and some mothercare vouchers, people are so kind Must bake some cakes tonight to bring in tomorrow. I can't believe I only have 1 day left and then I'm not working til next August! :j
