I'm after some reusable breast pads too, the only decent ones I have seen are the little lambs so if anyone has any other recommendations I would be grateful. Most other ones I've come across don't have great reviews.
I have one expensive pair which match a nursing bra I've bought:
    http://www.bras4mums.co.uk/lorna-drew-breastpads-4007-p.asp

Then I've got one pack of Little Lambs from their sale.

    I'm thinking of these:

as I'm thinking of also getting one of their sleeping bags and they said they'd combine postage (sleeping bags have free P&P)

Ok so I have totted up what I have bought so far...how much it has cost and what it actually costs if I hadn't been so good with my bargain hunting lol....are you sitting down???

I have spent £1,444.84 so far... but then I have bought everything mid to top range e.g quinny, maxicosi, mamas and papas, next, medela, gro egg, tommee tippee etc. My plan being that it has a better re-sale value so I should recover quite a bit of my money back after :D

But this is the biggest shocker... If I had just bought it when I saw it , rather than shop about, use vouchers or deals etc and wait for the bits to go on offer I would have paid £3,575.80 so far!!!

So I think in that respect I have been very :money:

sexymouse - hope your mum is ok, hugs to you.

student mrs - glad you managed a better nights sleep, hope work manages to take your mind off things for a bit.

Clarissa - It sounds like you've easily got enough for the hospital and you're well prepared. As long as you don't mind popping to the shops in the first week you should be fine. I know people that have only taken one pack, and then been stuck in hospital for 5 days, so it's just being prepared in case.

MMM - what is the colour like that you've got on the walls, can you live with it?

Thanks Savage - will have a look at that ebay seller.

Sexymouse - sorry to hear things are naff. Hope today goes ok.

MMM - what a nightmare! Are you intending to leave it or try and get it re-done?

Dizsie - that's amazing! I did wonder if you should count up what we've spent - but I think I'd rather not know!

Anyone else having huge cravings for sweet stuff? I can't get enough chocolate at the moment - and I'm usually the type that prefers a little piece of an expensive chocolate rather than a whole bar of cheap chocolate, at the moment I could easily eat as much chocolate as I can lay my paws on..... Is the theory that sweet = girl?

Savage my diet is awful at the mo! Chocolate, cakes, biscuits, crisps, all bad stuff! Think I might bake some cupcakes later to curb the cake craving.

Bellola - I use it as a way to justify my expensive and picky taste to my OH... if I can get what I want at a lower price he doesn't moan! Plus out of interest it is good to know what it costs :) X

Savage - I like sweet and savoury at the moment so not sure the theory is right! :S However the only reason I have not balooned to the size of a house is that I can't eat as much!!! :)
