KatyLiz, no one mentioned it to me either. Like you I found out looking through my notes. It's weird sometimes I can see movement that I can't really feel very well and I think that must be where my placenta is. I have yet to be woken up at night by him moving but if I get up to wee or turn over then I'll occassionally feel him moving.

    xx

Clarissa I had my midwife appointment today too! This morning and actually the usually rubbish midwife was ok. They measured baby and heard heartbeat again, good to know he's ok in there even if refusing to come out just yet!

I asked about a sweep/induction and she said that it was good I'd pre-booked an appointment for next Tues when I'd be 40+4 as she could do a sweep then and also book me in for an induction if necessary. But am hoping it won't come to that. Come on baby you need to come out this weekend! :j

Fingers crossed and all that ... I bought a whole pineapple to eat but read online that you have to eat 7 pineapples to have any effect and then the main effect it'll have is to give you an upset tummy!

I'm glad I'm not the only one with a quiet baby :) they'll probably make up for it when they are here ;)

My sister was telling me that niece no2 didn't move anywhere near as much as niece no1 while she was pg, but she's made up for it since! Cheeky monkey can't sit still for a minute, she's always jigging about, jumping up and down, running about shouting for fun etc :rotfl: Niece no1 is very serious though, and will sit down and concentrate for ages at a time (although she has her silly moments too!)

Rups google ultrababy Watford to read more on 4d scans. I'm not sure why they're 4d not 3d though either :-S
Finally looked it up on wikipedia:
"4D fetal ultrasounds are similar to 3D scans, with the difference associated with time: 4D allows a 3-dimensional picture in real time, rather than delayed, due to the lag associated with the computer constructed image, as in classic 3-dimensional ultrasound."

Me as well - thought I'd seen it written somewhere, just checked my notes and I've also got one! Maybe that's why I can feel movement on the left and right but none in the middle....
Edit: seems it's only a possible problem if you have a caesar as they need to avoid cutting it!

Mine doesn't seem fussed by food really unless I've not eaten for a while or I'm eating Dominoes pizza! :rotfl: I think it maybe because I'm constantly eating crap ;)

    xx

Oh bubba gets most excited about junk food! I'm munching some heroes and now I'm getting lots of lumps and bumps poking out of my belly! Although my cat who was napping behind the tv heard the wrappers and very quickly made her way to the bed only to be disappointed. She doesn't like chocolate. We like our food here!

Katyliz the only way to do it is in short bursts with regular sitting down.

Well I've done quite a few little things. Put away all my summer dresses etc that won't fit until (hopefully) next year. All my pre pregnancy jeans at the top of the wardrobe out of the way. Hung up and put loads of laundry away. Lots of bending etc so am tired out. OH said I should have a lie down and rest now. Well......I wouldn't want to cause a row would I? ;) so I'm lying on my bed now with a cuppa and a large handful of chocolates. :D
