hi daydreambeliever, how are you? glad your appointment went well and u also got to chill out.

i started taking pictures of me and my bump when i was away on holiday, so after my 20 week scan. think i started at 21 weeks and i was supposed to ask dh to take one of me on wed and i forgot so did one in the mirror today. sometimes i wonder if bump is growing. well it must be because people are commenting left right and centre. lol.

I've been taking bump pictures (or more accurately Moon has) since 14+1 every 2 weeks. I wear the same pjs tied under the bump and the top rolled up to be a crop-top and we do a front-on and a side-on photo. Trouble is, Moon hasn't stood in exactly the same spot each time to take the photos, so in some weeks it looks like I've got a bit smaller rather than bigger.

ah thats sweet. i wish i had started earlier as well. never mind. i made hubby take side poses of me. i have only 3 at the mo. lol. i wish i started earlier now, would have seen the progress.

We did weekly bump pics with our first but not on a digital camera so didnt get to see how they turned out till we were finished - some are so scary I dont even like to look at them myself :eek:

This time round I've only snapped the odd few.


We have our next scan on Monday, its come round pretty quick and dragged all at once ! We should find out if bubs has caught up with his growth and can stay cooking or if its eviction day im hoping for a mix of the 2 as im getting more and more worried about his movements. Today especially as he had an unusual for him quiet morning and as i tried to have a nap I kept waking in a panic as I had a horrible empty feeling inside thankfully he has been active all afternoon so he escaped a session being prodded at the hospital.

that can be worrying.. so after how many weeks do you start monitoring the movements/kicking?

Here is the most recent, we take them every Saturday so in this one I was 26+4, everything feels as though it's twice as big today as then so looking forward to tomorrows pic, lol.

My OH's family are mainly in Barbados and his mum is in Canada so we take pics and distribute them to all via whatsapp/email as they like to be informed every step of the way which is very cute but after the 10th person has messaged me after every single appointment it gets a little tiresome .

what a cute bump daydream.. do you know what you are having? ahh i must ask dh to take one tonight and can carry on next week same time. i forgot what day i had taken the first one. lol

I've only got one pic of my belly but it doesn't look like a bump. You have a very lovely bump Daydream.

Mishka, the hospital gave me lucozade to try wake bubs up x

Ikkle, you shouldnt have said that, now i want to see a pic of your belly.

I am not taking pics at the moment, as i am not showing but promised some friends i would, but i am dreading the comments, you are small, are you sure you are pregnant etc... as my friendsdo not live in the UK, can not see me in person.
My mum wants to see me too, poor thing i think when i was pregnant with dd i only sent her 3 pics, i do not like pics of me pregnant, i have a round face and when i put on weight, my face looks so fat.

morocha i am sure you look lovely and have a lovely bump. small or not, a bump is a bump. i thought mine was weird and its just too many pies. lol.
