Hi, thought i'd delurk as its a new thread. I'm 29 weeks and 2 days. EDD 24th September 2012 and expecting a little boy.

Had a meeting this afternoon and Beanie was wriggling about for the whole thing. very distracting!

Feeling a bit stressed at work atm, I'm having issues with one of my colleagues and I've had to bring it up with my boss as everything I've tried has failed. She's going to speak to her about it this week and I think there's going to be a huge row still only 14 weeks to go til I'm off for 9 months, maybe I can just avoid her til then....

Just popping in to say a massive congratulations to Fluff, so happy for you and love the name Freddie :happyhear

Hope all you ladies are keeping well - I'm still lurking now and again when Joseph is sleeping. Can't believe my little man is 4 weeks on Saturday!!

For any bookworms out there - I read several baby books in my pregnancy and found most of them too scary and strict. The one I couldn't be without and am still finding so helpful is "Your baby week by week" by Simone Cave and Caroline Fertleman. It is very easy to read and helpful without being overbearing. I also found "NCT: Breastfeeding for beginners" by Caroline Deacon to be very good and, more recently, have found "Top tips for bottle feeding" by Clare Byam-Cook to be invaluable! Hope this helps someone

Congratulations to fluffnutter on the birth of Freddie - hope you're not too disappointed to have a boy after all and you're enjoying your mummy cuddles.

Savage I got my bra extenders from my local haberdashery, but I think you can order a 3-pack on M&S's website too (one black, one white, one neutral).

Sorry to hear the turning didn't work Rebekah - fingers crossed that tomorrow goes well for you and it's not too painful.

Hugs to mishka for all of your upsets recently.

Have been feeling ill since Monday evening- really bad IBS-like stomach cramps and feeling hot and sick. I worked Tuesday morning, but it was all that I could do to get through it and spent 3 hours asleep when I got home. Had first NCT class last night, and I was really looking forward to it, but was burning up and feeling awful for most of it (hope I've not passed on my bug). One of the ladies there is someone I went to school with, but haven't had a chance to speak to her personally as she was on the other side of the circle. I didn't know her well at school. Cancelled work this morning and have cancelled again tomorrow as still feel really hot - taken paracetamol but still getting hot flushes etc. Hope it gets better soon.

Well I'm off to watch Home & Away.

Hi all, another 'delurker' here for the new thread.

I'm currently 19+1 weeks with my first, due on the 4th December - not sure if my bump is pink or blue yet, find out next Wednesday hopefully!

Will go back and catch up on todays posts x
