Did you not get the choice to do your antenatal in the evenings Claree? I'm doing mine at 7pm. It always baffles me how different things are in different areas when you live in the same city!

Nope! 10am 'till noon on a Monday.
They also booked my anti-d for one of the mondays and refuse to change it so I have to miss one and try to catch up with it during the next session. Irritating as hell!

    Hi Guys!

Just got back from boots :) I'm abit gutted tbh as its £5 if you spend £20 on baby products so I picked up 2 bottles for £12.00 a milk dispencer for £5ish and a bottle brush £3...= £21.00

Got to the till and it was only £13!!! Basicly turned out the bottles were on offer for £5 each so thought I'd share as thats an absoulte bargin (if i had known before hand I would of brought two more and got the £5 off !! )

Thier special edition blue or pink but its an awsome deal..I know it says online only but I just got mine offline..it would actally be better to go in store as you could get 8 pink or blue bottles for £15 :-)

Non-pregnancy related but I've been in this job 7 months now without a sniff of responsibility, 6 weeks before I'm due to finish on maternity leave I've been given a huge account to deal with - where is the logic?! :rotfl:

How did I get to number 21 :-O

Seems to be coming round very quickly now. I am feeling very pregnant today and not in a good way. My legs are heavy I'm worn out, didn't sleep well last night and baby is kicking my stomach which is making me feel sick.

Labour vibes to anyone further along than me who wants them!

Sending major vibes your way lola. Fingers crossed it'll all kick off soon!

Nikki I'm hoping it'll go away but I think I have some omprazole in the drawer from before I was pregnant - I don't really want to take it without seeing the doctor but I don't really want to take more time off work to go to the doctor, I already feel like I'm taking the !!!! with fortnightly appointments and anti-natal classes about to start.

Sod work, if you need time off then take it!

Awww......lolamancity - bless you! I am now on operation anti-eviction - I need to go up until my due date at least!!!:D I had my home birth meeting today with a lovely new midwife - she is on holiday next week so I cannot go into labour next week I have decided!!! I want her to be my deliverer (!) as she is luuurvely and funny!

I am a bit scared now actually - she said that their home birth rates are around 1% (even less for first births eek!) and that I could expect students as well as mw's as they get really excited at the prospect of a homebirth! The scary bit was planning for an emergency and a stretcher!!!!

My belly is a little on the small side apparently - but she somehow found another inch to make it ok to be at home (I can just see my plan completely going kerput anyway!). But baby is "really far down" now - which has made me even more scared and even the customer service lady in Tescos said to me that she thinks I'm really brave going out and about on my own!!!

Heres hoping baby is too comfy for the time being! Good wishes to all those on operation eviction - if you can somehow pass your "extra" days to me - I would be entirely grateful!:rotfl:

Have followed this thread since i found out my daughter was pregnant, she's not due until 4th june, but has been in labour since 10am yesterday, waters have gone, she's had a show and her contractions were every 10 mins yesterday, going to every 4-5 mins today lasting for 50-55 seconds. The hospital won't let her go in yet because her contractions aren't frequent enough, she is very uncomfortable and is finding it unbearable to stand up let alone walk.

I'm absolutely fuming with her treatment, she has phoned 5 times today alone, and has been told her notes are saved but everytime she has phoned she has had to repeat the process because they can't find her notes.

Sorry for the rant - just angry and anxious

Congratulations to all the new mums on here.

I know! Time really does fly! Am still [STRIKE]stalking[/STRIKE] following you and so pleased to see things are going well. Here's hoping time flies and it'll be time for your arrival before you know it!
