Missy are you looking at the Storksak ones? I love them but they are soooo expensive! I don't get one included with my pram and i had originally ordered the one that kinda matched but then decided it's not reakky very 'me' and if i must carry this thing round for the next 2 years i want it to be nice!0

Hi guys - I've been getting increasingly uncomfortable pains in my upper stomach the last hour or so. It's the bit just below my boobs, so I guess the actual stomach rather than my belly.
I'm hoping it's just a spot of indigestion and nothing sinister. Just wondered if anyone had experienced similar?
I can take Gaviscon can't I?Metranil dreams of becoming a neon,You don't even take him seriously,How am I going to get to heaven?,When I'm just balanced so precariously..0 -
Congratulations SPlank
Lovely news and it must be such a relief to know that your baby has arrived safe and sound. Your poor wife has been through such an ordeal though. I hope that she is being spoilt rotten!

I've had a similar pain recently mine felt more like a stitch a really sharp pain under my bump, it was always worse when I am walking and pushing buggy seems to have passed now though.
It's probably to worry about but like others have said nothing lost in ringing midwife for a bit of reassurance x***** on the road to debt freedom *****

Grrrrrrrrr Rant Alert!
Why are OH's so bl00dy inconsiderate when you're pregnant?? I know I'm more hormonal than normal, but for my OH to tell me that hes really stressed at work and the thought that he might have to leave to fly home at any instant is really stressful for him. Hugely implying that I have no understanding of such things. As I'm just at home........ with an 18 month old, whilst being hugely big achy and tired, not sleeping and not every getting comfy. Trying to keep the house pristine and all the washing, shopping cleaning etc all completely up to date incase MIL has to stay at the drop of a hat, trying to write a 3000 word essay, oh and not to mention the thought of having to give birth alone as my Husband isnt home. But obviously I know nothing about stress as I'm not at work...........0 -
Thanks guys. I'm at the hospital as i called the maternity assessment unit and they said i should come in if the pain didnt get better.
I then started to get pain in my side, and OH worried me by mentioning my appendix, so here i am. Been here 2 hours already. Feeling drained and exhausted and just want to go home!
Heard baby's h/beat though which helped put my mind at a bit of ease.Metranil dreams of becoming a neon,You don't even take him seriously,How am I going to get to heaven?,When I'm just balanced so precariously..0
