    Nothing, nothing, nothing. :-(
I'm tearing my hair out now. I must have been too prepared. Had I left things to last minute you can guarantee she would have been early!
Had a really good sleep last night though and did another big shop to be delivered tomorrow.
Hope everyone is OK this morning. XXX

Thanks niknok, have got myself set on my 2 weeks over date to try and avoid that disappointed feeling, not sure it will work though!

    Congrats Splank!
Sometimes i like to imagine that im living on the breadline as a single mum with 3 children to feed and clothe, bills to pay and very little time to myself........ then i wake up and realise im a princess with prince charming by my side and a lovely white castle........ oh wait

Thanks Missymoo and Sam. I shouldn't complain because I'm still not really uncomfortable, just frustrated and impatient. First on the list is ironing whilst Jeremy Kyle is on!!! I know how to live.
She will at least have a very full wardrobe. Ebay is a dangerous thing when you have nothing else to do! Lol. XXX

Ooooh carets I know, me and OH are awful at buying stuff on eBay!!

I'm trying to think of the things I definitely need to do before baby comes, things that will make my life easier when she's here. Write my assignment is the top one!!! Sort through the freezer, make some ready meals, sort out a changing bag and do an online shop!

Has anyone else had really painful braxton hicks this pregnancy? I didn't have many or very strong/painful last two but they have been wicked this time round!

ME!!!! I was in work yesterday and didn't even realising I was breathing through them until one of my (male!) patients offered to let me hop onto the empty bed I had just made 'just in case'! They then told me that they'd all clear out of the bay if any screaming started! Probably not the best thing to do in a cardiology ward :rotfl:Am 28 weeks today, 10 more weeks until we meet our wee Wriggler.

Huge congratulations SplanK! Welcome to your new little man!

We had a fantastic weekend at my mums graduation, she had 3 very proud daughters with her on Saturday. My girls are off school this week for half term and it's my birthday tomorrow (come on babies, give me some birthday buddies!) so busy few days ahead.

    Afternoon all!

Huge congrats SplanK, I'm sure your little man will be worth the scary labour.

Clarets I'm sure it'll be your turn soon - baby vibes coming your way!

Had an alright weekend, getting a little worried about swollen ankles but I'm just going to keep an eye on them for now as it's not "sudden" swelling, just a bit bigger than normal. I have a midwife appointment next week anyway so I'll mention it then.

So we're into my qualifying week! I know SMP is rubbish but it's better than the alternative, so I made it :D

ETA: My mum's family (4 siblings and my gran) have all generously agreed to chip in and buy us a high chair & bouncy chair. I know what high chair I want but looking for recommendations on decent bouncy chairs that'll last a wee while, preferably one that vibrates & plays a nice wee tune :)
