Morning all,

A little update to confess I have queue jumped, baby boy Bertie born 26th Dec weighing 7lb 4oz... Plus we are visiting for Christmas so he is a Welsh boy :I

Yurt birth started with my waters breaking and i dilated v quick, all the walking and Braxton Hicks may have helped! The pushing took longer, but as everyone says... He is definitely worth it I will post a birth story when we are a bit more with it!

Good luck everyone, especially boldies, and look forests to seeing you on the newborn thread:D

I've realised that some "foreigners" (anyone not Welsh) don't pronounce Dewi right. I did see it coming as when I mentioned it to my English friends they said it as "Dew-ee" where obviously all us Welshies know it's more like "Dare-we"... hope it doesn't get too annoying as he gets older ><

Very strong labour vibes being sent your way rups... I'm frustrated with walking too, I've put it down to the fact we are a lot heavier, and our postures are finding it hard to cope with the extra weight!

Morning everyone!

Had a few days break for Christmas, nice to log back on and see some births, all boys! Rups you've got to break the chain and have a girl, no pressure Sorry to see you are still here, thought baby might have made an appearance over the past few days. Are you having a sweep today?

Beautiful baby pics ladies, thank you for sharing. It's making me über broody and excited to meet my baby! Got my M&P delivery coming today, also going to buy a few bits for my hospital bag.

Elisabeth - I am full of cold too, nose is sooooo blocked and its irritating. I find it hard enough to breathe now with my bump so adding a blocked nose to that is just a nightmare!
