    we recently won funding for a community garden at the bottom of our flats, this morning the council dignitaries turned up with a photographer for local paper and local council magazine.... tempted by offers of refreshments after i turned up the only tenant apart from chairman. next week in local paper.. looking like wurzel gummidge... what have i done?
