Hello again

I might be thinking too much about this, what with not sleeping, and being a bit jittery on the UIV front.

But I was thinking that the 'zombies' are like the blind masses, carrying on unthinkingly, expecting 'them' to take care of us should the worst happen. But reduced to animal instinct alone when TSHTF. The 'preppers' are those alive to the reality, living by their wits and survival skills alone, trying to stay one step ahead of the mindless hordes....

Not that I watch 'Walking dead' a lot; OH, despite his spade-splattering tendencies, is too squeamish to watch those. The most he could stand was 'Being Human', and even then he had to look away.....

Might have to take the sleeping pills and stop thinking now....!

I was going to say, 'zombies' are a work of fiction. There again - when I think of the scenes at the local Woolies closing down sale.... :eek:

They are! But at my last church jumble sale, that was definitely like the ravening hordes! Found good use of elbows and hanging on to stuff if someone else tried to get it a great tactic!

Does that make us progressive? or will the world never come to see battiness as a cutting edge trend?- love the little flappy batties BB it is an honour to be one of the few - as of now, but who knows who else will 'fess up and join? BATTIES RULE OK?

BBB - When you say mindless hoards I take it you were in M & S this morning too, it was manic, I don't know if it is pre-C word purchasing or just Friday but, my goodness, it was like WW2 queueing everywhere in the city. I remember why I don't go very often now!!!!!!! It was soooooo nice to get back to the calm of the village for a cuppa and a hound walk.

Please everyone take care tonight and tomorrow when the horrible weather is upon us, I hope everyone stays safe, warm and dry and that this low pressure passes through very quickly, thinking of you all, everywhere, Cheers Lyn xxx.
