I've got a lovely beef stew in the SC (snap mioliere:T ) It is beginning to smell nice, but the veggies are still hard. Suppose it'd have more chance of cooking if I didn't keep checking it:o

Hi1 to everyone and new posters. Well trip to sainsburys today was uneventful except that (drum roll!!)...I bought stardrops:T :T :T
I know it may not sound like much to mere mortals but to all those OS this is vital shopping. Am getting to the end of the cupboard full of useless cleaning products so am ready to graduate to stardrops. Pushed the boat out and bought zoflora too...my cleaning education continues:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
lo fell asleep in car and is now snoring on sofa (just like her dad!!!) so have just enough time to catch up on thread and put shopping away before she wakes up wanting to make fairy cakes like I promised in return for good behaviour in the sainsburys queue
DH out tonight so I even have the remote control to myself-no football/golf/cricket:D
hope everyone is having a better day than yesterday and glad to hear good news for people too

microfibre cloths have little "nodules" on them that scrub at stains and marks so you do not have to.
They have a "rough" side if you know what I mean and can even be used with water and no cleaning agent.
Hope this helps.
Don't forget that white malt vinegar solution is great for cleaning windows, mirrors and showers - it is great for limescale."This site is addictive!"

I think of it as "cheating!" If using a microfibre cloth, stardrops or a vinegar solution means I spend less time, money and effort for a better result.
It is more eco - friendly as well."This site is addictive!"
