Karl, If you've got the £80 offer from Zenith then you're at the end of the letter chain. By this stage they will realise that you're not a mug taken in by their scam and give up.

Now relax in the satisfaction that they have wasted their money in the process of trying to screw you out of yours.
All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing. Edmund Burke Irish orator, philosopher, & politician (1729 - 1797).

I got one of these tickets on Saturday at Boucher road, I take it the same still applies to N.I. and to just ignore it.? Or do I have to appeal, or is that still not applicable to N.I.

These guys just won't go away! This is the fourth letter in four months. Persistent or what? Just do one!

  • Picked one of these tickets up on Sunday @ Boucher retail park. Usual story, 14 days to pay at £60. Should I pay or do they eventually go away?

    They eventually go away.

They will send threatening letter. Just ignore them. Do not get into correspondence with them. DO NOT respond to anything they send you.

I got one, I ignored them for a year or so, they then gave up.

  • Can someone please tell me WHY oh WHY these companies are allowed to operate here? Who Owns/Operates Boucher Retail park and do they pay these guys to patrol their carparks? Do they realise what they are doing is unenforceable and tantamount to extortion? .... it would essentially be like me walking down some random street in any town or city in Northern Ireland and sticking a payment demand on all of the car windows.... if someone pays all well and good, if they don't nothing lost!!

    Oh now. That's weaselly.
Note the use of terminology which tries to imply you are in debt (like "creditor").
Bunch of chancers. "If you don't pay our imaginary fee, the imaginary amount will get bigger, and we'll pretend we might take you to court in order to scare you".
