I shall be shortly purchasing a smartphone on PAUG such as Galaxy S III - Iphone 4 etc .
So which one would be the best to look at and for what reason, A Iphone, Blackberry, Android or Windows.
Currently using Vodafone PAUG using £10 freedom pack/month which is adequate.
Thanks

If he can drag himself away from the pi**ing contest he's engaged in elsewhere on this forum, I'm sure the goodman will be along soon to try and steer you away from the evil that is android!!;)0

Was just about to say that £note!0

How much do you want to spend, and what will you mainly be using the phone for (not including calls/texts!)?
I like my iPhone, I know that means I can't be part of the cool Android crowd with their removable batteries, memory cards, and flash, but I am perfectly happy with my iPhone. I mainly use it for playing games, and it does that very well, and lots of the games I play are not available on Android or have poor Android conversions.0 -

If I was you I will check both phones in a shop and see which one you like.
iPhone 4 or 4s
The app store is better and all apps will work since apps are written for iPhones only.
The screen is smaller then s3
Easy to use. Use iOS
If you like OS which add extra functions you can install them on the day of release without long wait.
Samsung S3
Large screen
Based on Android 4.1
Limited apps, due to way apps are written some apps such as sky go do not work, I think the update might be released soon.
OS updates are slow to come. Some take 4-6 months to receive after release.
Malware problem

Both phones are good. As I have said check them out. For me S3 is bit too big.
Both 4s and s3 have satnav built in, both have Siri ( called s on s3), with both you can use skydrive or Dropbox.0 -

(PJB)Coming here as an Android user and saying "I don't have malware so this story is fake or an exaggeration" is like me saying cancer and all the attention it gets is fake because I'm healthy and I've never had cancer. Facts are facts and it's obvious there are malware issues on Android.
The op only need to search the Google for malware android
Not going to get into iPhone vs android. Sorry0 -
O god he is like a robot, it's not the google!!!! Try the different phones out and see what you prefer0

Are you for real you absolute iBoy, comparing Cancer to malware on a phone. Is that some sort of Steve Jobs jibe, maybe the iPhone cures Cancer and that's why you don't have it, didn't work for him though!
It's also obvious there are malware and other issues on ios/Apple, but somehow you always forget to mention that hey?
There is no Andoid v Apple, I use Android but can see the positives for Apple as well unlike you, not sorry!0
