i rang medion and the os does not inclued different voices

i gather if ur loadin ur satnav with tomtom then u will get different voices

Can someone tell me how to select the language on the medion.

I thought the device was supposed to pick up where it is, and display in the regional language, but it is saying the country is France, and displays in French. Even after taking the unit outside the house and switching it off and on again. I tried using a paperclip to reset the unit, but it still comes up with France.
