Fantastic, well done :T.A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

Thanks SD & GG. To be honest as we're looking to move and get a bigger mortgage, it's kind of irrelevant but will lower our early redemption fee if we have go into rented for a bit. So there is some method....Start Date 16/09/2015

The tenants on the BTL we own have given notice so now in two minds, thinking we'll sell that too, get the equity out of it to help with our next house purchase.

Mortgage OP has gone in, but they've reduced my monthly payment rather than the term. Not necessarily a bad thing at the moment.
Sold another load of shares yesterday before the end of the financial year to put towards the new house deposit.
On the last day of our holiday today, had a great break, but days out seem to get increasingly expensive!Start Date 16/09/2015

Went to see a house today and absolutely loved it, it was perfect, however whilst taking to the vendor he wants at least 25k more than the estate agent said he wanted, and probably 35k more than our absolute absolute maximum - so totally frustrated - not sure what we're going to do.Start Date 16/09/2015

Glad you enjoyed your holiday QBW. Sounds like you have a big decision to make regarding the house you viewed, but glad you found one you like

Hi QB,
You have been through a lot since you started your diary but have continued to do really well on the MFW journey!! Hope you will find the right house, we had a pants time selling/buying before we found our home we are in now, so fingers crossed that all this hassle has meant you will find the next perfect place and the others wouldnt have been right!!
