    Dividend day yesterday, but not using any of it to OP - feel a bit guilty. Most of it has a DRIP against it so gets reinvested to buy more shares. Some of it will be used to pay for the rest of Mrs QBWs eternity ring, we're fetching it today, so that's exciting for her. We'll have lunch out too, need to have some treats I suppose. I'll be left with £14!!

    Just checked my mortgage balance and my first OP has come off, woo hoo!

    Phoned the big V today and downgraded my TV and Phone packages saving £21 a month. We hardly use the phone and all we watch is channel 4 (and the 'lympics at the mo'). My boy will miss Nick Jr but I want him to watch less TV anyway.

    I have a house that I rent out with a BTL mortgage on it, that makes a certain amount of money per month. I've made a decision that I'm gonna pay some of that off my main residence mortgage so first £200 OP paid off from that. :T
