We've got two now on Saturday.
Also having our house valued tomorrow by new mortgage company and estate agent - spent last three nights frantically tidying, could spend another three weeks!!Start Date 16/09/2015

So the mortgage valuer was here five minutes, hardly spoke and left.
The estate agent was here for ages and said she'd put it on for £290 with the hope of getting £275, I can't see us getting that tbh. Interesting to see what the mortgage value is, darn sight lower I bet.Start Date 16/09/2015

It will be interesting to see the difference between to 2 values. We have never had that as any time we have been valued it has been nowhere near when we had an estate agent in.
Happy viewing at the weekend:)Jan 2013-£140,231.65

Well the viewings were interesting, the one was a complete no no, it really needs knocking down and starting again & I'm afraid we don't have the cash or motivation to do that.
The other one we really liked, ticked nearly all of the boxes, so we're putting our house on the market on Tuesday (I think).
Can we put an offer in before ours is on the market?Start Date 16/09/2015

Don't see why not. If I were selling mine, I'd treat an offer from someone whose house was just about to go on the market as about the same as an offer from somebody whose house had just gone on the market.
Good luck with it all, anyway.Starting again 13/4/19Home loan 1: £21,102.50 Home loan 2: £7,698.99Total owed: £28,801.49

At last we're into the £170s, I was hoping to say never again will we owe £180k to anyone, unfortunately in two days the daily interest means that's not true
Still really chuffed, haven't had a milestone to celebrate for a long time:T
Usually I'd be thinking how quickly can I get through the 170s, but looking to move house has scuppered this thinking a little......
..... but for now, even though it's 6 months later than planned, we're into the 170s woo hooo!!!Start Date 16/09/2015
