Thanks Fothers, Tilly, GG & SD. Luckily she's been fine, no more sickness, had a really nice family tea party, the cousin's all played really well together.

MOT was a bit of a wounder £330 to get stuff sorted!!! With more to come, in the next couple of months. So that's made my decision on the bonus, can't put it all against the mortgage.

So OPing £1800, which with my usual £200, makes it £2000 for the month. Also upping my regular payment to £250 for a bit :)
    Start Date 16/09/2015
Original amount outstanding = 225,000 Current amount outstanding =199,812
    Original LTV = 64% Current LTV = 49%
Original Pay Off Date = Sep' 36 New Pay Off date = Sep' 36
    Original Dly Int = 17.17 New Dly Int = 17.17 Total OP = £1319.31

Glad your Daughter is better and you had a nice day :).

Bad news about the MOT. I had my MOT a few weeks ago and there were 2 Advisory recommendations that are going to cost a bit when I get them done, so need to save up a bit first.

    £2,000 overpayment this month :T, that's a great payment.

I am glad your little girl felt better for her birthday!

Looks like the bonus came at the right time with the bad MOT so at least you didn't need to crash your savings.

Great OP:beer: Hopefully that will drop your daily interest a bit:)

Rang up the estate agents today to put the house on the market, coming to take the piccies on Saturday. I feel very sad, we've put so much of ourselves into this house!!

Feeling a lot more positive about moving (well a bit more positive at least), the house is a right tip though, we have our work cut out getting it sorted for tomorrow.

Could do with hiring a transit for the day and filling that with the clutter!!

Well photographs have all been taken, forms all signed - we're going on the market

The Spanish bank have paid me £8 today :T

Also my big OP has gone in, and the cheeky Scottish bank, have reduced my regular mortgage payment from £1004 to £981 (first time they've done that), so going to have to increase my regular OP by 25!! :A

Just off to view a house,

I hope the house viewing goes well today and good luck with yours selling quickly:)

It looks like you have almost paid off £10k:T

I did out payday OP yesterday morning but it hasn't showed up on this mornings balance, I will need to wait for Monday now until that excitement!

Hi Fothers, should hit the 10k paid off this week, when my regular payment goes in.

In terms of the house we saw yesterday Mrs QBW liked it, I didn't. To be fair the house was nice, but they'd sold part of the garden off, meaning the house is overpriced, with too small a garden for the house and a big reason to move is a better garden for the kids. I also think garden grabbing is immoral tbh!

Mrs QBW and me made friends about 8 last night :D

We've heard of another one though, that might be more like it and more in our price range :o

Looks like being a lovely day - off to a 4th birthday party, have a good one!!
