Just been to drop the bf off at work so decided to pop in to morrisons to see what whoopsies there were....what a disappointment!! There was a small piece of beef that looked like it might be nice but checked the price and it was about £12!! Clearly didn't buy it!
Bit of a wate of a visit but hey ho!
Bf packed off to work, I'm catching up on corrie and looking forward to an early night!

Morning all, very cold here today :( but I did not succumb and put the heating on last night!! When i got in from work yesterday the bf had put one of them on in the hall to dry the washing but think that had only been on about an hour.
Phone was charged at work and will be again today and again have bought packed lunch.

Have decided to change the day I draw my weekly money, currently is a Wednesday but am going to change to a Friday. I do all the food shopping at the weekend and can change the day I put petrol in to a Friday. Makes more sense as I seem to end up doing top up shops on a Thursday and Friday so should reduce those (or if it doesnt reduce them it will only consist of using up the money from the week before and not eating into new weekly spends). The money my bf gives me for food shopping goes into my account on a Friday so will mean I don't have to make 2 cash withdrawals!

This week I will go with Thursday as i don't think my petrol can take the extra 2 day hit in one go and then move properly to Friday next week.

Hope all are well! I feel very positive at the moment and can not wait for my first xmas in my own home!xx

its an adjustment getting used to not having it on, but to be honest it not that cold in the flat, especially when I have been cooking...not sure if that because it a flat and not a house, or because it a new build and there meant to be more air tight...although not convinced as I can hear people talking outside!!

just filled in my student grant form which should hopefully result in me getting £250 grant for doing uni part time.
Gutted I have never done it before, as it can not be backdated :mad:
