Another wednesday came and another weekly money started. Really didnt have a very good day spending wise, £35 in petrol and then the same again for a Theatre ticket, then we decided to have a takeaway as a last meal before the Weightwatchers started this morning.
Now i regret it, feel like it was a waste of £10 and now will have to be really really tight for the rest of the week.
:(
Have still to do out of this weeks budget -
Food shopping
New foundation needed
Meal out on Tuesday with ladies I used to work with
In order to get through these I have decided to do the following -
Food shopping - Made meal plan and shopping list for next week. Utilising a lot of what is in the freezer it is mainly just fruit and veg I need to buy and should be able to get it for under £20, ideally under £15!
New foundation needed - Got to pop to town on Saturday morning to change my address at the bank(s) so will go to the cheap cosmetics place in town and buy it there...think it is about £5 in there instead of £8 if i am lazy and buy it from the supermarket.
Will also do a load of quidco check ins as I am in town!
Meal out on Tuesday - think I will just go for a drink, because of work I will get there later than the others anyway. Alternatively if I can make it to next Tuesday and still have £10 then I will eat - shouldn't cost more than £10 and they do some diet friendly options.
So that is my plan!! Really do not want to 'borrow' from the next few weeks money as I have quite a few busy and expensive weeks coming up...friends birthday and a night out next weekend (think i will drive and not drink...better for the wallet and weight watchers!!) and then my birthday the weekend afterwards. :j
Fingers crossed my planning works!:D
Another thing I need to do this weekend is get back on the ebay wagon...lots of stuff that I just didn't get around to doing before moving into the flat that i really need to get rid of...still just cluttering up my mothers house!2019 Totals: Savings: £929.53 / Mortgage OP - £746.32

I have just worked the figures for the coming month (pay day tomorrow) and out of that I should £254 leftover which is going into my savings...which will take it to £934, so if i could scrape together £66 i could hit the £1k mark.....really really want to try to see if I can hit that target!!:T:T
Think that will be my challenge for before the end of October ... wish me luck!!

really we should all be very proud of ourselves if i went on a spending spree tomorrow i'd struggle to spend all my savings :rotfl:it doesn't seem like much written down but it's quite alot, when we took the money out to lend the inlaws we had £4k in £100 notes and i'd never had a wade of cash so big in my life, imagine if it had of been £10's :rotfl: DEC GC £463.67/£450

yet another busy busy weekend and cant believe it is already over! Not had time to pop on here over the weekend which I am disappointed about, there the diaries that I keep up with on an ongoing basis and then I like to pick an long one and read it all over a few days / weeks if there really long! I find it almost like a book and you are getting all the highs and lows very quickly and also pick some really good tips... unfortunately since moving in to the flat i seem to have barely had the time to keep my diary up to date and read those ones I follow let alone pick another one to read from scratch...i'm sure things will calm down, just craving a relaxing weekend!!
This weekend I was out Friday night for a few hours, taking tickets and doing the entrance door to a friends event. Then back home for an early night. Saturday morning I went to town and changed my address at all my banks where I hold current accounts. Did a load of Quidco checkins as well and apart from a bottle of pop and car parking I didn't spend anything :j:j
Then off to view a flat that my mom is considering buying...very nice views but the whole flat needs gutting....think she is going to buy it so looking forward to all the shopping for kitchens, bathrooms, decor etc! Saturday afternoon consisted of food shopping (will update spending diary in a min) and cleaning then getting ready for my bf's nieces to stay the night. Entertaining them when they came, cooking tea etc etc. They were really really good for me and well behaved :T.
Off to swimming lessons yesterday morning and then dropped them home. Back to my house to clean up again and then round my moms to have a discussion about the flat (the one she is considering buying!). Then back home to do some work for work (flat out at the moment...in fact shouldn't really be on here now
) and then to my sisters for tea!!
Feel even more knackered writing it all down..but at least I know I have been kept busy!
And then what do you know...quicker than anything were back to Monday morning !
The weeks tend to fly whilst so busy at work and am back to uni this week as well (i go part time - Wednesday afternoons) which tends to break the week up a little more. And first weigh in this Wednesday after uni at Weight Watchers. Haven't really had much chance to do any exercises this week (normally do 3 classes a week at the gym).
Sorry for all the rambling...i feel like my head is full at the moment and i think sometimes writing it down clears a bit of room in my head for me!!
Apologies!
Hope everyone had a lovely weekend
and are happy monday is here :mad:xx 2019 Totals: Savings: £929.53 / Mortgage OP - £746.32
