Ooooh rinroo, get some pics on here when youve done them! Be interested to see what you have done. I must say, my friends looked really lovely and real too. Mine will be from there also!0

I will! Wont be for a while yet though, going in to get some rough prices soon, then will go and actually buy them, make them(bouquets) then put them away safe!0 -

Hi there, I got my flowers from the covered market in my town centre. There is a florist in there and they were just in buckets. In total they cost about £8. They sold me the beargrass and the florist tape aswell. I got the diamante pins from the haberdashery shop and they were 15p each and I think the ribbon that I have put on afterwards for about £1.
I was going to order them from Sarah's flowers though as they do the same kind of thing in the sample section and you can get them by the stem for about 80p each. They even do the burgundy roses with the diamantes in them. HTH Tiger x
p.s. If you have anymore questions about how to do them get in touch, they were quite easy and only took an hour xxMarried the most amazing man 05/12/09 and it was the best day ever, I'm a Mrs, he he!!:jWins 2009: Peroni Alessi bowl woohoo, 1 in 10 wins DVD from Maltesers, Avon lippy!!!Freebies-Bold Gel, CoffeePinecone Research - £9Mystery Shopping - £150 -

sorry didn't think providing or promoting a flower arranging course for a wedding would be considered as spam-
making wedding flowers isn't as easy as it looks- button holes need to go through certain techniques as do bridal bouquets that are much easier when shown and taught to ensure the perfect wedding day!
sorry if I have caused any offense in this! In my opinion it's a very beneficial service for this thread.0 -
Have posted a separate thread about this and then realised there was this whole sticky - doh.
Anyway, I'm hoping to make a poppy bouquet out of silk or crepe paper poppies, quite happy to make the crepe ones myself but can't really find a decent tutorial, or seller of silk ones.
