I feel so bad for your friend who is about to have her hopes and dreams smashed to pieces. She will need all the support you and her family can give her. Good luck.
As for her rat of a OH

Hope it goes OK. Maybe, if your friend wants some proof, you could phone her hubby while she's there to listen in (but don't let him know that) and tell him that you really want him to confess to your friend etc. so he lands himself in it with his reply?

Good luck, and in this situation read your own ticker OP. Very true words.

You are being a true friend doing it how you are.
“Listen earnestly to anything your children want to tell you, no matter what. If you don't listen eagerly to the little stuff when they are little, they won't tell you the big stuff when they are big, because to them all of it has always been big stuff.”

    Good luck OP.

I was going to suggest you tell the rat to tell her by Monday or you will tell both women on Monday yourself, but I see you are going to talk to your friend tonight. Hope it is going well.

Poor women, what a slime he is. And those poor babies too.

That is what I am planning to do, she should be here soon so my fingers are crossed that she doesn't take out her anger on me.

Does this mean she went out without her mobile? How did she get your message? do take into consideration that she might have called him to say she was stopping by your place and he's already told her lies.
