Morning everyone, hope your all well.

We had chippy tea last night and kids had mcd's, however it came to £18 and our landlord gave us back £20 of our rent so we're pretty much even. He gave us it back because he runs lights to his dogs from our supply we know about it and don't care it's only lights and our rent is £150 a month so we're still getting off easy, but he had pups lately so was running a heat lamp, theres no way it cost £20 but he insisted.

sorry for turning this into a cooking thread!! but do you think cured Pork Loin joint would be ok to use as the pulled pork?
Rarely cook pork, so dont know what this type of cut / joint is like, i have just seen that is is on offer in Aldi from tomorrow at £3.63 per kg which seems very good to me??!!!

Yeah it will be fine, if theres not alot of fat on it add some water to your slowcooker, not enough to cover it just abit on the bottom, and i'm happy to help :) i love pork hubbys not as keen but he's never complained when i cook it :) at the same time i hate lamb i don't like the texture yet he loves it, we never get it tho it's far too expensive.

Tesco pork shoulder is £2.99 a kg and always is btw
