Is the term Bus Gate legal?

Hi I accidentally drove into a lane labelled 'bus gate'. Pure accident as I was lost... tho I must be PUNISHED for my crime !!!:mad: I was just wondering if that term is in fact allowed to be printed on the road instead of bus lane? :cool: Also, this bus gate forked from a main road, so do the council still have to display…

Nope, they have months.

And did you actually word it as an appeal? Or did you just email and ask for the TRO?

If the latter then you must still lodge an appeal or you miss the boat to get an appeal in. Are you on pepipoo with this yet? You need to get advice over there and if you did start a thread then bump it and ask for more help if need be.
