do that works repel bugs... and a nitty gritty comb (much cheaper off ebay!) they are fantastic!! Strip out the eggs as well as even the teeniest bugs.
I know where I can get some neem shampoo, so might do that today, thanks for the tip. I've got a plastic comb bought in readiness, but Wikipedia recommends a metal one. Is a nitty gritty comb something different? You only get one go at life, so grab it where it hurts, shake it hard and get everything out of it you can!0 -
the nitty gritty comb has teeth which are closer together than the usual combs plus the teeth are grooved.. like a drill bit.. so the grooves slide the eggs off the hair and the tiniest lice.. highly recommended from a mother of 5 girls with waist length hair!LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0

It's raining here so, although I've done two loads of washing, I've had to put it all on the clothes horse. I was tempted by the tumble dryer but have resisted so far. Cleaned my cooker - is that alright on a Thursday? Prepared mushrooms, onions and tomatoes ready for tonight's spag bol. Kiwi fruit and grapes with yoghurt and honey for pud. Mmm! Have cleaned bathroom - with bicarb now that I've run out of Cif and have resisted the urge to buy more. Quick dust - with damp cloth, haven't used furniture polish for months now, seems to keep the dust down for longer - I think polish and a duster just moves it somewhere else! - and hoovered. Cleaned kitchen floor, checked my wheelie-bins in case they've had secret microchips installed, put all my paperwork into a pile for dealing with this afternoon, if I don't get distracted. Going to have a cup of coffee now and read through some more threads. My house would be gleaming like a superhome if it wasn't for this site! Have a good day y'all!!KNIT YOUR SQUARE TOTALS:

I wish you had taken them - I closed the lid when there were only two left and now I am feeling ever so slightly sick... and not at all warm. Shivering blubber iss not an attractive sight..........Is it home time yet?0
