I really like todays list as it shouldnt take very long to do at all, which means I may tackle the ironing pile (2 loads & bedding to do). This means I may get round to packing for our weekend at Butlins today as we go tomorrow morning. I really feel blobby at the mo and doing anything is such a struggle. maybe the walk to playschool in the snow will refresh me:eek: .
So my list
IRONING - it must be done
Put BM on
Put WM on - wash DD1 coat
Dig out DH swimmers so he can see if they still fit:eek:
Hoover downstairs
Hoover all upstairs (didnt get to this yesterday:o )
Think about something quick for tea
S & S Kitchen
Kick self up bum and pull myself together - this current attitude is not doing me any good and I am making myself miserable:mad:
Maybe get some chocolate to help with above:D
Right off to dress 2 littles and wipe jam off DD2 and probably sofa:rolleyes: , then skip joyfully in the snow to preschool and skip all the way home again (will only take best part of an hour for round trip) laughing all the way - no I dont think so either!:p0 -
I've got some spare chocolate brownies you can have!Is it home time yet?0
-
Thanks happyathome - I have found DH mars bar in the fridge. That should help me fight the cold this morning:D0

Well, estate agent came yesterday and gave us a higher valuation than we expected, so feeling pleased. Still need to get spare room and lounge looking shipshape and photograph it.:eek:
Now off to bag up about a hundredweight of toys and put them in the garage, please send search party if not back in a week or two!You only get one go at life, so grab it where it hurts, shake it hard and get everything out of it you can!0 -

As if I didn't already have enough to deal with!You only get one go at life, so grab it where it hurts, shake it hard and get everything out of it you can!0 -

* mop hallway floor - didn't get round to it last night
* swish & swipe kitchen
* DD#2 dancing bag ready
* take some stuff round to OH's to store
* hoover through downstairs
* rubbish into bin outside
* clean front door glass (again :rolleyes: )
* dry yesterdays bedding
* sort washing into piles ready to wash
* wash said piles - will take 2 days as 40 wash takes nearly 2 hours
* cloakroom, carried over from yesterday
* throw OH's tea in the bin :mad: he didn't come round
* have argument with OH about the above
* swish & swipe living room
* dispose of dead mothers day flowers(they only lasted 3 days - don't buy from NEXT)

2 of mine have them too.. the boys won't have any they don't possess hair! But I spent 4 hours at the weekend fleaing the pinks and 2 have them back already.. don't you just want to shave all the children in the school and start again hairless?? The class flea-farm in yr 5 left a few months ago so the problem in that class is controllable now. The number of parents who blame the non-english (mainly asian and african at our school) families when in actual fact it is usually the english families who do nothing about it... all part of the 'dirty ethnic minority' they like to stereotype (ggggrrrr).. completely untrue as well! Also, tea tree doesn't work.. but try combing neem oil through the hair.. as the Asian familiesdo that works repel bugs... and a nitty gritty comb (much cheaper off ebay!) they are fantastic!! Strip out the eggs as well as even the teeniest bugs.

HI all,
I had a better day yesterday and tackled mondays and tuesdays lists, I know you shouldnt play catch up, but the kitchen just had to be done. So I am going to skip the master bedrrom and do it next week, dh away so my theory is with only me in it then it should last twice as long (besides before flying changing the beds weekly was not heard of LOL, now it disgusts me to not do it each week)
So will get on with todays list, bath mats are washed and hung on the line, and normal washing now in machine. Thats it so far.Always on the hunt for a bargain0
