  • wow Caz - the 'half' is a stunner! Fingers crossed she finds a nice home, she looks lovley.

All the best for 2015 :)
  • I hope she will, but I think her owner will need to drop the asking price a bit - the market is dire up here :(

Right, all I'm planning to do today is my proofreading (all the files are uploaded, so I can get cracking early - downloading the audio as I type) and the ironing (otherwise Mr Minx won't have a shirt for work tomorrow) because my arms are simply too knackered to think about doing anything outside other than the bare minimum of mucking out! Surprisingly, my legs are fine, but the muscles on the inside of my arms just above the elbow are not speaking to me.
  • Okay, why are my arms more sore this evening than they were this morning?? Doesn't seem fair! I got ten shirts ironed plus a couple of t-shirts, the rest can wait. All the proofreading is done and tomorrow is the start of my new timetable, though I'm already out of synch because I've had next week's programme through from my trainer and I'm supposed to be foam rolling, stretching and then running 10km tomorrow and that's going to take me a bit longer than the hour on the schedule. The transcription company isn't back in the office until Wednesday though, so I may not get any work through from them. We'll see.

I better not show my son this page :rotfl:, at only just 4 years old he's mad about horses (and every other animal).

    Goooood Morning :)

I am showing my face after a much needed and thoroughly enjoyed 2 weeks off. Oh Caz, Friesian is simply my must have breed but you've been here before when you liked that other one, do you remember? Different situ it was though, I think. You know what you can or can't do however I shall need LOTS of pics if you DO. Next door's mare is stunning too....I hope they find her a suitable owner :)

Good luck with your 2015 resolutions and paying down the debt. As usual, I will be with you all the way :)

I think this one's just as dodgy as the other one, the advert for her as a 2-y-o Friesian x Highland has now been taken off the place where I saw it and she's now being advertised on Gumtree as a 3-y-o Friesian x Connemara who's had a foal :rotfl::rotfl: Definitely one to leave well alone :p

  • Right, any of you who are a bit OCD about cleaning and tidying, look away now. The rest of you, this is going to make you feel like you have a spotless house!

First thing, though - the rest of my house is not like this. It's just the annexe which has got out of control. If I'm honest, I've been a bit depressed over the bead shop, depression has led to inactivity and this near-hoarder state is the result. I do actually know where everything is, it's been in this state for, um, a while, but I haven't yet had to apologise to someone and refund them because I couldn't find their item!

So, by the end of the year, this is going to be a clear, clean, relaxing space for me to work in and for friends and family to stay in when they visit. I hope.

:rotfl: You're right, it makes my place look spotless. ;)

Still it's only untidy, nothing a week or so won't sort. My mother grew up on a farm and the place was passed onto her brother. It's been in the family for generations and is just as cluttered as your annex everywhere. Difference is it's years old clutter with goodness knows what growing inside it.

half an hour a day and you will soon have that lot sorted! (and did I see a Scooby Doo in the background of one of the photos?)
    Must use my stash up!
